I liked that guard that said "Don't touch the reins" 2x very calm than exploded. :D

I loved this compilation. Will tourists ever learn? I'm sure a lot of them do it on purpose just to get onto KZread.

Excellent compilation Buska TY, the only thing that has changed is the escalation of Idiots continuing to deliberately grab the reins. The level of stupidity is there but seem now to be a game with many now to either get away with it or get a shout and possible charge so they get it on camera. Either way the entitled are happy and laugh about it sadly it must be close now to fines or no touching at all will happen, which is a shame for all who do respectfully stand at a safe distance and get their photo with dignity and manners. This compilation was outstanding! ❤ Since no one seems capable of giving due respect and observing proper distance, I'd LOVE to see EVERY GUARD immediately "address" (SHOUT and or move the horse) at these people grabbing the reins, touching the guards themselves, or crowding the horses. "Subtlety" (merely tuuging the reins away or nudging with a boot) is wasted on these people, and it's well past time of worrying about whether some entitled tourist is offended over being yelled at. Too many are taking the "don't touch the reins" as some sort of "challenge" to elicit a response. Well, moving a 1700+ pound animal at them along with a a huge shout will deter much of it, but needs to be followed up with a visit (very stern words at the least) from the armed policemen, and the tourists immediate removal from the ENTIRE area.

It's a public footpath in Whitehall , unless they have committed a crime which they haven't they can't be removed . The police are MOD police so a stern word is all they can do . I do agree though some want their own 15 minutes of fame or infamy !

At 1:18 the lady guard is my favorite one! She’s a no nonsense lady, very protective of her mount, and never shy for a good shout whenever it’s needed. Even with the new sign, there’s always an imbecile to hang him/herself by shear stupidity or to provoque a reaction from the guard for the amusements for their friends.

I like how the queens guards say both, "Stand back and the don't touch the reins" and use their horse to see off the tourist. I feel like the guards are slightly softer since becoming the kings guards, but not of their own choice. This country is too scared to "Offend" people these days so the tourists get away with a bit more lately, it must be frustrating for the guards to have to hold back at times.

I really feel for the guards and the horses. It's literally written in big letters next to him. Don't touch the reins!! Geez, the number of people that do it, get shouted at, and go back to do it again!!

Not everyone speaks or understand English . If they were serious about it , the warning would be in. Many languages . The truth is , the guards are very arbitrary and allow things , then don’t even if the tourist is two meters away . It’s all show . The real security is not these clownesque guards .

Tourists need to realize these guards are not there for their pleasure! Whether or not the tourists are there, the guards will be standing watch. I firmly believe a guide needs to be put around them to keep these people at a distance. But something the guards could get around, if needed. Sad something like that needs to be done.

It’s true. In the middle of the night, while we’re all tucked cozily in our beds, the Kings guards are still keeping their vigil. Nobody ever thinks about that, as they’re making every effort to reduce these highly trained professionals into selfies… Just like our guards at Arlington, the King’s Guard will rightfully, only take so much 💩.

No wonder tourists don’t behave: it is a circus. Ok for the costumes, horses etc… but there should be a a space around the guard and horse, not permitted for tourists: take a photo, not near.

It's bad enough that they get all up in these guards personal space, but to grab the rings on a horse that you don't know and that doesn't belong to you or to touch the guard is absolutely appalling and disrespectful and ignorant. First off it is not safe to go up and grab the reins of a horse that you don't know and doesn't belong to you, second of all would you want someone touching you?! The ignorance and entitlement with these people is appalling. Lastly, these are real guards and their horses are working, they are not there for your entertainment. The one where the guy was not only holding on to the reins but even after being yelled at kept pulling on the reins just baffled me! How could he see how he was not in the wrong?!🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🙄🙄🙄

You would think after years and years of the cell phone being around that people would know how to use their camera in order to get a full screen video. Turn your camera horizontally and it will eliminate the blank areas on each side.

There should be a white line for each guard at least 10ft away. Nobody should be touching the horse or the reins. In today's world it's essential. I cant understand why that's not being done. There is only so much these guards can do with crowds like this. especially when people are so blatantly disrespectful, and rude and think its a joke. Unbelievable

The woman who smacked the horse 3 times.....should be band from coming on property. She was in the wrong not the horse maybe don't stand so close or continue to stand by a horse that clearly doesn't want you near the horse.
