Kind of dangerous having smaller kids that close to horse with no adult.

That horse has a wonderful temperament, so gentle, especially with the small children.

I just don't understand these tourists, it's not actors putting on a show. Yes Britain has a tradition of pomp and ceremony but it has real relevance and these are acual soldiers fulfilling a duty to protect the crown.. The horses are extremely well trained and the patience of the soldiers is extraordinary and exemplary dealing with the tourists.

Touching the horses is allowed. Just not the reins. This part of the job is being a tourist attraction! Or perhaps you thought sitting on a horse in that uniform serves some military purpose? !!

Do those tourist think when the guard shouts for them to “get back” he’s just exercising his vocal chords and he can’t possibly mean they should get back - not when they have photographs to take. And what sort of idiot literally stands across the entrance of the sentry box so they can get a better view of a 17+hh, iron shod horse bearing down on them in its way to the sentry box. I wonder, if those tourists posing for their photos ever look at them again after a couple of weeks, and think ‘boy do I look great’ or whether they think ‘why the hell did I stand like that, I look a complete dork.’ There’s those who feel they need to point at that huge, black thing at the side of them in case anyone looking at the photo later needs to have a clue as where where the horse is. The ones who think the ‘v’ signs and the ‘thumbs up’ are, somehow, original and no one else is doing it. The ones who think they are pointing out the prizes on a TV game show and hold their hand out in a “and here we have a horse” gesture. The ones who think they’re supermodels and the horse is just a prop for their photoshoot - mustn’t forget the trout pout. And the ones who, for some unfathomable reason, think they’ll look better in the photo if they stand on one leg. And then there are the ones who carefully chose just the right camera angle to get a superb photo of the back end of a horse. I’m sure they’ve seen it all but sometimes I wonder how the guards don’t fall of their horses laughing at the sheer lunacy if some people. They must compare notes later to see who who got the daftest.

Just seen a spoof video on TT, a tourist mucking around in front of the guard, the guard then picks him up and hangs him on a nail😂😂.. I bet the guards here wish they could do that.

I bet the Kings Guards have many laughs comparing notes about their experiences with the tourists who come by to take pictures.

What makes me smirk is the fact that when these tourists in years to come look back at their pictures and think "what the heck was I wearing ! " "Why did I make that gesture ?🤭

how rude of that Asian woman (12:20) pulls the sleeve of that young girl to get her out of her way! Wow, the child was with an adult and another child getting a photo. ME, me, me....just wow! The the woman with a child in her arms puts the child up to the horses mouth and face..no risk there!

The second horse was very friendly and affectionate with turning its head to touch people who were posing next to it. It seemed that horse really liked people.

They were about change horses and rider so for a few seconds need a clear space ahead. Touching the horses is allowed. Just not the reins. This part of the job is being a tourist attraction!

Firstly the young asian girl at the start wow must have been 50 poses and 300 photos how vain was she. Now as we all have said way too many people are allowed to cram themselves at the horses face pushing shoving standing in front or blocking each others photos, there needs to be some control over this as it undoubtably is very stressful for the Trooper and Horse. It would yes slow things down but after all safety should always be the number 1 priority. Keep Safe Keep Strong 🦘🦘🦘🦘❤❤❤❤

I have been watching these videos since Adam was a boy and without a doubt the Asian woman are the most self centred and self absorbed of the lot. There are many other nationalities who come a decent second, but the Asians can't be beaten.

I was laughing about the Asian girl who did pose after pose by the horse. She was trying to be as cutesie as possible. She looked silly. And yes, there were too many people crowded by the horse and in the way of various tourists being able to get suitable pictures by the Guard and horse.

As long as the horse can protect its space and the trooper protects the horse it's less stressful than one might think. The horses know they can just say no and go back to the stables. They're out for about an hour a day each, less for the first guard after the change

Too many people and hands around the horse

It’s not silly, it’s stupid.

Why are these crowds getting so close and the parents letting kids by horse by themselves. Unreal. These horses could really hurt them if they come out.

I have been watching these Guard Horses videos for just over a week. It's very amusing to me how many persons pose with the horse and guard.

They need to have better control of the crowd of people

Porque não estou vendo mais aquele cavalinho lindo que espanta turistas, o Ormond.

As crianças são lindas e educadas , o cavalo é maravilhoso com elas, porém, tem que chegar uma velha senhora mal criada , sem noção, que já vai pegando as rédeas do animal como se fosse a coisa mais normal do mundo !!! Sem educação..

I love❤ the second horse that nuzzled everyone lol.😂 You can tell he loves all the attention from the people. 😊 I glad they have acouple of good and gentle horses for the kids to be around and you can see from this horse that he loves people!!

Wonder if any celebrities have visited…and posed with the guards..
