There might be some like me who think Robert and Freddie are...the best of the best.. ever.

Originally when the Freddie Mercury Tribute Concert was released on VHS, Robert's performance of the Queen song "Innuendo" was cut due to time issues, along with several other performances from other artists. In 2002, for the 10th anniversary of the Mercury Phoenix Trust, the second half of the concert featuring the performances by the surviving members of Queen was released on DVD. "Innuendo" was not included on the DVD, at the request of Robert Plant. In 2013 once again the concert was rereleased by Queen - this time for the very first time on Blu-Ray. Once again Robert Plant's "Innuendo" was omitted from the Queen+ segment of the show.

Good Job by the band for saving Robert's epic screw up on the second verse. Nice recovery.

This song is cut from most of the videos I've seen. Now I know why.

It's impossible for a mere mortal like Robert plant to sing in the same key as a demi god like Freddie Mercury. ...lol

No offence meant for the artists appearing in this clip. Innuendo loses all its appeal without Mercury and Howe.

Robert Plant is a good singer but he is milles away from Freddy's voice..... he just CAN NOT reach the powerful voice of Freddy!!!

Robert in his early days with the mighty Zep could've done much better than the older Robert did here in 1992. It has been said that Robert actually blew out his voice towards the very end of the 1970's when he was still with Zep, and that I suspect is why Robert never wanted a full Zep reunion - with a full tour, because his voice could never stand up to it.

It's a concert Tribute, nobody signs like Freddie Mercury but he wasn't there to sign, he was dead.

@@thee4thdoctor he regained it in 1977, but it got worse in the 80s again. one could only wonder what this concert would have been like had he looked after his voice since the beginning
