Definitely. The production quality is way beyond what was possible in the 1980s. And the musicians are super-tight. The engineer totally highlighted how good the musicians were.

Not fully convinced after watching 13 times that this isn't lip synced. if that voice is really coming out of that mouth and those guys are really playing, then you have my lifetime devotion of following you. UPDATE: ok I have watched it 10 more times and they are the real deal. I equate them to someone than can rebuild a automatic transmission. Genius

I first listened to it during my teenage years in the 2000s while I'm learning to play metal on guitars. I'm 33 right now but the 80's is the greatest decade in music IMO

I was 12 in 1984 however; I have heard this song for the first time in 2021. It was very hard to get rock and Metal songs in India those days. I had heard other songs like Empire and Silent Lucidity. The latest song I heard was The eye of the stranger.

@John Foxton you would be surprised. The guy is on tour now and sounds amazing. Watch his tour videos. Tbh he does it effortlessly, I wish he did have a bit more umpf left it looks a little lazy but at 63 he deserves it.

Killed. Dead. Wow! That was quite impressive: the musicians were on with the studio track with just enough variance to know that it wasn't the original track. The vocalist was damned-close to Tate. Great job on the upper register stuff! Great job all around!

Dann. I did not think his voice could anything close to Geoff. This was so fucking good.

When I saw this on my feed, I’m thinking to myself no way he can hit Tate’s high notes. Wow, was I wrong! And the band... wow! Absolutely nailed it, guys! Very well done!!

Pascal Remans nailed the wailing high notes and the vibrato. This is one of the best Queensrÿche covers I've ever heard. I wish the vocal track was more prominent in the mix, though.
