Roger wrote this song about his family, but it really fits Queen's life as a band ❣️

Yah, it's strange how Roger wrote it for his kids but then Freddie took the song so the band could release it on an album. Knowing Freddie had aids when the song came out made it seem like it was about dieing but it's only about growing up

Freddie was family. This was the last song he sang with the band. How can you think it was not written for him as he was dying, IDK.

I wish that, John Deacon was there, with Brian May, Roger Taylor and Roger Taylor's son, Rufus. Sadly, John Deacon retired, after the death of Freddie Mercury. He is a major shareholder, in Queen's music, and John Deacon was affected by the death of Freddie Mercury, in a big way. He lost his best friend, and big brother, when Freddie Mercury died.

Watching this again reminds me of Japan's long-standing mutual love affair with Queen. They were SO loved in Japan they were stunned on that first trip to find out just how much. They'd never received that kind of treatment in their own country! It does my heart good to see all these young Japanese kids at this concert, and to know that their parents who were at the concerts with Freddie have passed down their love of Queen to their kids. This song has one of the most hauntingly beautiful guitar solos EVER, IMO.

It was such an amazing feeling to listen to them, really it's a pity John left them. Time passes so quickly and I am afraid we just can't get enough of them. But thanks God they are with us. Have you noticed how young people were sitting in the audience? Isn't it wonderful? Certainly is. Roger's voice is so pleasant and cool. Great performance. I keep crying whenever I realize it is gonna be over. Yesterday Brian announced (2 June) most likely they won't perform live anymore. So sad. I wish they would live 30 more years just have them around. Lovely lovely people, our great heroes.
