I can’t think of another artist more fitting than Adam! He’s not taking over, he is being sooo respectful to Freddie, the band, and their fans! For all of the original Queen fans who aren’t “feeling” Adam, what’s the problem? Without him, these guys wouldn’t be touring! Accept and adapt or don’t. But don’t slam the guy because he isn’t Freddie Mercury! He is so talented and sooo versatile! And, he has an entirely new generation appreciating Queen’s music. Give the guy some credit! Or not, it’s up to you. Just don’t dis the guy because he isn’t who you remember the first go around!

i needed time to realised that it's possible to listen Queen without Freddie, but now i'm ready to say, i really love Adam Lambert.

I asked my 20 year old step-daughter if she knew who Queen was and she said no. I asked her if she knew who Adam Lambert was, she said yes. After watching them together she is now a huge Queen fan and a real Adam Lambert fan. Queen is revived, Adam is on fire and the fans are so happy!

Adam is such a good singer! He can make his voice sound a lot like Freddie Mercury's! Freddie would be honored by Adam's singing. I can imagine him covering several singers and sounding just like them.

Adam Lambert was born for this. Not to replace Freddie, but to keep Queen's pride alive. American Idol was just God's way to show Brian and Roger that Adam's exist, that's why he didn't have to win. They just needed to see him singing

Before Freddie died, he said he didn't care what the band did, to just not make him boring! Well by choosing Adam, they sure made good on this promise to Freddie! Adam is amazing and definitely NOT boring!!!

I imagine I'll get dressed down for this, but Adam Lambert has a quality in his voice that even Freddie didn't possess and I'm a big FM fan. Queen is fortunate to have 2 of the best singers ever as part of their history. Wow every time he opens his mouth. What a bone chilling performance. If there's a better singer out there, I've yet to hear them. At 74 years old, I've heard a lot!

Brian has called Adam a "one in a billion" vocalist. He can sing every Queen song in its original key..he doesn't need to alter it for stage. His voice is otherworldly. Saw them in 2014. Mind-blowing. Freddie and John were there in These Are The Days video, and of course, Bohemian Rhapsody video. Incredibly magical show.

FMrys voice was so perfect. Adam is behind him...But it was perfect choice, to pick Adam Lambert. He is great. But FM was perfect in both performance, voice and everything. dont underestimate him!!!!!

Look at all the young people in the audience! Adam is keeping Queen alive.

It's amazing really. He auditioned with a queen song, performed with queen on the show and is now doing concerts with them. It's amazing.

I never watch the Idol or voice so I am not up to date with these people but I knew Adam Lambert name before I become his fans. People will hate me but I will still say this. In this generation nobody yet can compare to this guy. Imagine singing for full 2 hrs set night after night but still the range of voice does not falter? Who can do that? And the more he gets older the more his voice becomes developed and beautiful. Whether you accept it or not, nobody can still compare to him when it comes to live performance now. Think of anyone and analyze if they can sing live the way he does. Even senior singers can not compare to him when it comes to live performance. His voice never change. He range never change even a bit on every performance. Some do tours but mostly they sang using lip sync. This guy never do lip sync and his live performance is even better compared with his recorded songs. People does not like him coz he overpass them all. Well Americans does not like him coz he is true to himself. Some admit they are gay after becoming popular. He is the reverse. He told the world he is gay before becoming popular. So I think he is better than the others. He did not let others to think of he is straight. He is honest..that is what I like in him. His honesty and humbleness.

Adam doesn’t try to imitate Freddie. He honors Freddie by channeling his spirit while putting his own interpretation on this amazing music catalog. The band enjoys working him and feels completely comfortable with him and it shows!

Seems like American Idol and Adam were yesterday. Can't believe it's been a decade! I got to shake Freddie's hand in Vegas when I was 15 years old on the 18th floor in the elevator at (Burt Surgermans "Midnight Special) along with 'Wolfman Jack may both RIP. It's been since 1971 since that happened to me. It's been 52 years since that happened. It would be mind blowing to shake the hand of the man that I thought would never come along 52 years later.

Been a fan of Queen for over 45yrs. It's 2022 now and I'm impressed with this young man. ENCORE!! Passing the torch was a great decision.

Not to mention that vocal range isn't everything, Adam is a bit poor in tone, he sings the songs pretty much the same. Not that it's bad, it's amazing, but it doesn't beat many names in my opinion

Man, Adam Lambert is a staggeringly great performer! Brian called him a one in a billion singer and I think this may be an under statement. Watching this video......he is bone chillingly great.....every song easily on the way to becoming legendary! I feel priviledged to be able to enjoy this epic night!

I’m 65 and I think this is the most beautiful man God has created since Elvis!! Yes I’m very aware that he is gay. I said I’m 65 not blind and if he had been on American Idol with the judges that are there today he would have taken his rightful place as the WINNER because he definitely has the voice of an idol. I have fallen in love with Queen all over again. I was in Australia during the bush fires & watched these guys blow everyone away at the concert. Adam is the fresh infusion Queen needed to introduce a new generation to their wonderful & timeless music. His range is even more incredible than Freddie's. So glad to see someone be objective and change their opinion. He has given Brian and Roger another chance to make music in person, which is how Queen music is meant to be experienced. Brian calls Adam "a gift from G-d" I'd like to think maybe he's partly a gift from Freddie.

And I think the film that was released last year , was a great tribute to him , and has gained QUEEN many more fans . (Like many I watched it multiple times 😜).

Freddy can never be replaced. He was a legend. But, Adam my friend, you carry on the spirit and soul of this music with talent and raw passion. It shows when you guys perform together. The music comes alive and makes people move. I love that you are part of Queen and helping new generations of people fall in love with this music and for keeping the older generations that grew up on this music rockin. I am of the luckiest generation that got to love Queen twice! I loved them when I was a teen. I remember it all. Now my hair is turning silver and I got to love Queen and Adam who? 😍🥰❤️💃 Huge fan! I saw them in Chicago. BEST CONCERT EVER! Love Freddie, love Adam, love Queen. Bohemian Rhapsody was fantastic every time I've watched it.

I saw Adam for the first time when he was on American Idol, first time I heard him I knew he was going places! I have always loved his voice.

There's just no one who can get close to that voice. Just magnificent.

April 30, 2023, I am 72 years old, Queen fan from back in the day. Like most when Freddie died, I thought they would too! Wrong! Never heard of Adam Lambert until today, say him coaching young😊 singers on American Idol. Said he had been touring with Queen! Wow! Big Adam Lambert fan now! What a voice!

Like many others, at first I thought it was stepping onFreddie’s legacy, but that’s not true at all. Adam is the perfect singer to do him justice! At the get go Adam made it clear would never try to replace Freddie, that no one can place Freddie. He has made that clear. And only hope to do Freddie justice. Adam is humble enough to know this. And. I can’t think of a better more talented singer then Adam to carry on and make Freddie proud. If anyone wants to protect his legacy, it’s Queen! If you think about it, Adam is the perfect singer for Queen, it’s almost like Adam may be Freddie reincarnated? They are both fantastic and Adam is gay which adds the flamboyant touch of Freddie. i am old now but once was a wedding singer, painist of some local renown, various choruses, etc. adam is the real deal. he is THE VOICE of the 2020's.

In my 60’s and married for decades, but his talent and charisma is beyond the concept of time or age. I have never experienced a voice like his. He makes our soul feel young.❤️💕😬😘

Adam is incredible with Queen! Wonderful to see so many young people in the audience appreciating, enjoying, and celebrating Queen’s great music again.

This makes me so happy! Adam Lambert is so amazing bringing these classic Queen songs to life again. I am so happy to see Brian and Roger enjoying performing again. They are amazing musicians. I hope they continue touring together.

Agree, I think Freddie would have been overjoyed to see and hear Queen and their music come alive again. He would have loved and wanted his friends to continue the legacy.

We saw them in Vancouver while Adam was still considered the "new kid" what an amazing concert, we did a few concerts that year and Queen/Adam topped the list. We need covid gone so they can come back to Canada, we will buy tickets the minute we find out they are coming. As Brian and Roger say, Adam was an unexpected gift that got the band back on our stages.

Adam Lambert sounds amazing with Queen. I heart him now with Queen and his own music. Oueen was really lucky to find Adam so many years after Freddy Mercy. I didnt think anyone could pull it off, but Adam Lambert did. I loved Freddy Mercy. So, I would have to say Adam Lambert is awesome with Queen. Love you Queen 4ever!

When I first heard Adam Lambert sing on American Idol I got chills... By the time he performed with Queen and kiss on the show I was in tears how fortunate the Rodger Taylor the drummer from Queen was also watching and e-mailed Brian May about this amazing "new kid" he heard singing on American Idol... And the rest is history! I know Freddie would be looking down and would be so proud queen has gone on and they found someone who is amazing and talented as Freddie would have wanted. He does Freddy Justice absolutely! I think Freddie would be looking down and laughing his ass off saying how did you guys do that? Where did you find this amazing young man?

Do any of you Adam Lambert fans know that he was in the movie “ Bohemian Rhapsody”?.? After I saw the movie I became obsessed with Freddie and Rami. Well I learned that Adam was in the movie...he was the truck driver going into the gas station restroom...also Mike Myers of Wayne’s World was in it,!! He was the producer with fuzzy hair that didn’t want their song!! Big mistake on his part 🤣🤣🤣. This is a great video! 👍👍. If you didn’t know these facts ...you are welcome 😁. I went to school in the 50s and 60s so didn’t know much about queen! Well now in my 70s im in love with them. Goes to show you that you are never to old to enjoy something not in your era!, 👍
