I have specialty rulers to trim my quarter square triangles because I had struggled with trimming them. But you explained it with the regular ruler so well that I grabbed a regular creative grids ruler and trimmed my qst up perfectly on the first try! As usual, you are amazingly helpful to my quilting life!

I agree with the person who mentioned a bigger block, it's so hard to see what you're doing! Love the tips though, Thank you.

Although those little blocks are really cute, I think it would be helpful and easier to see if you used a bigger block for demonstration purposes. 😊

Sherri are these units the same as the Hour Glass Block referred to in the new 2023 scrap quilt?

What makes one ruler more accurate than the other when they both accomplish the same thing?

? After picking stitches to reduce bulk , does that require seams to be pressed open?
