Very very true.... teachers before teaching should learn to implement this kind of approach. This will not only help our students to excel in life but will save their life too. When a student is demotivated, does not feel like living anymore because of studies or any other academic pressure, a teacher's role is questioned too.

when I was in school their was one teacher he always said you cannot do it's to difficult , somebody cracks that are different types of people ..etc. I feel so bad but I believe on myself , I ignore their demotivational speech, I always stay far away from them.

Jab main 10 tak topper thi tab mere pas bhi aise hi teacher the magar jab se 11 mein gai thi tab se main padhne mein week ho gai matlab day night padhti magar samjh mein nahi athla tha result ke sath kya ho raha tha par afsos us time mere pas vo teacher nahi the aur Jo teacher the bhi vo keval toppers ko support karte the main third fourth rank tak aa jati thi thi class mein magar mere class 11 ,12 ke sir mujhe kabhi support nahi karte the keval ek sir the Jo keval 11 mein padhaye jo thoda bahut support karte the,but afsos Aaj mere koi sir mere guider nahi Hain mere pas,aur aaj mera fairwell bhi ho gaya ,main khub roi lekin is liye nahi ki school se dur ho jaungi lekin is baat se roi ki because I was missing my old teacher
