The pillars prime enemy’s for his 4 by spreading radiation. Using his 4 on a pillar causes all enemies in its range to explode and begin the chain reaction. I run 250% range and 216% strength. 20 meter range on both the pillar and the chain reaction explosions means basically everyone in the room will be on part of the chain reaction without needing a grouping tool in your kit Containment wall passive combo is niche at best and I find it’s better to replace his 2 with nourish to make up for running blind rage

The pillars when struck with his beam continue to deal the chain explosions for enemies in radius, this isnt said anywhere and I think thats quite an important thing to the ability synergy itself.

I dont normally like your builds, but out of all the creators so far the first one you did is probably the best out of all creators I've seen.

5:25 on that note. Maybe someone already mentioned this but I recently got Qorvex and I found out you can technically aimglide while using his 4th. It's a better than nothing I suppose. When activating his 4th press your aim button and you won't drop instantly on the ground due to the animation lock. Pairing this with Bullet Jumping could offer some movement but you'll be locked into a trajectory. You can end the cast mid-air tho'. Give it a try.

It seems you're not aware of one detail that makes Qorvex's pillars insanely important to his kit and a must have. When you blast his pillars with his 4, they apply the 4 chain explosion effect for the rest of the pillar's duration. This means that, if you build a lot of range, the pillars will ensure that there's constant explosions going on, which will get exponentially more insane with the amount of enemies within range. Mind you, the chain explosion range is also affected by ability range, and the explosions ignore LoS. Plonk down a pillar, shoot it with the beam, and watch as enemies in two rooms over start exploding suddenly.

After some testing, i feel like qorvex is great with viral tempest and 2 green shards. Full armor strip and viral procs compliment his radiation and give him condition overload / galvanized mod synergy

I was laughing about the Oberon digs because I chose to update my Oberon build for the update and it's what jve been using for netracell missions lol him and volt.

Finally a build that doesn’t remove his 2 for some aoe armor strip, those were boring af. This with breach surge looks really fun, good video.

It kinda already does that tho, it does the rad explosion thing when you hit the pillar with your 4 on top of the explosions it already causes

I had a feeling those pillars would be iffy, shame, but 1 usually questionable ability = easy helminth slot, could be so much worse. I would love more frames that take statuses and do more with it. Let's say there's a frame that causes enemies within affinity radius to pull other enemies in when they've got 10 magnetic stacks, then also make existing frames apply more statuses for synergies. (In this case at least Mag) Elements could be balanced in a way they'll always at least have several niches, and if they do buff the status itself, these few synergies probably won't be disruptive.

Only thing holding him back is radiation as a proc. The heat proc buff alone back then buffed Ember more than her actual rework at the time.

I like to see a build for a frame rather than go, okay, I like this and that, but personally, not this, so I edit them a lot.

I'd say Qorvex is the Corium Warcrame. Corium is radioactive concrete, after all.

Hello, I am that Oberon player I guess. He isnt totally useless i guess... but he surely could receive some tweaks here and there. Like making his renewal a healing radius, kind of like wisp, so you can pick up the heal again if you lose it for some reason or didn't get it when Oberon casted it. Also energy cost should be just per ally, without the energy/s drain. His 1 could be changed in some way as its pretty useless outside of maybe bosses or high density gamemodes. Well there is that augment, but without it, really niche ability. His Reckoning should just spawn health orbs period, either make it a chance to drop or make it so that enemies are marked and on kill have a chance to drop them. Highly doubt the devs will do anything to him anytime soon, specially since they said there won't be any reworks anytime soon.

I don't like qorvex in my team. Someone put that round thing around me and for some reason i couldnt use nourish at all.

Oberon players will always be a goat but never be the goat.

I just went Max Range + Entangle and his Ult melts. Now are you going to Solo level cap with Qorvex? Obviously not, but he can handle Steel Path Level 100 - 300 Enemies with ease with his Ult alone. He just needs more Augments that grant his build more Versatility.

Honestly i love qorvex and if u mod for his towers and beam the build is busted

Grimoire/tomes should have been seperate system with hard to get mod to help powercreeep frames and the weps with the mods. Not it being secondary.

I feel like i’m missing something about this frame, I know his 4 does a lot of damage to armor stripped enemies but he feels kinda impotent. Not really that tanky and not that much damage potential, and against acolytes his kit doesn’t do anything super well.

Oberon still has more range for just getting enemies to fight eachother 3 rooms over but damn everything else is kinda mid, decent nuking if you magpull several enemies into a pile. You also missed if you use your 4's laser onto a pillar it'll do the laser's scaling explosion on everything in that pillar's range.

Damn pc ram got mad and became a frame

He's an armor health tank with no way to heal himself on base kit. His 1 needs healing for himself and allies or needs to make enemies effected drop more health/energy orbs. His 2 needs to just strip armor at base of 50%. Hitting 200% for full strip. His 3 is overall ok but it would work better if it had a reataliation effect like nourish but procs Rad instead of Viral. His 4 is fine but id like an augment mod that just turns it into a constant beam that drains energy over time.

Please he doesn't need healing. Healing is more for vulnerable frames. Qorvex takes less damage and there are enough other tools to get healing.

You are the only one @Potpieke. Qorvex has just two things oberon has: radiation and status immunity. Oberon is a support frame, a healer. Qorvex is more damage oriented.

Honestly? Oberon and inaros desperately need reworks (Loki is up there too. honestly. They can just combine clone and teleport into one ability, make his 4 shred armor. Make it so he gets extra dmg while invisible/wall latched, he has room for an entire new ability now too. Also make his clone do something like apply radiation to whoever hits it) Oberon was also a flavor fail. What about radiation and making enemies shoot each other is paladin-like? His passive is trash. His entire kit minus his heal+ augment is mediocre or trash.

Make his beam his 1 make his 4 a CC utilizing the pillars left after the beam let his 4 be a nuke where he nukes himself enemies caught in radius will take damage while leftover parts of him form pillars doing damage over time his 3 could have some type of retaliation and 2 has a stronger pull and not so accurate hit box it’s too precise only good in halls or your using grouping mechanics

@krizalidxd6373 right but their survivability is also lower than some other frames. Personally I value being alive over ttk. Rev is a perfect example of that. Literally the strongest tank in the game, save for some niche situations, and he still dishes out a ton of damage. Never mind his one shots
