Over the past few decade, QiYoga has improved my health more than I could have ever expected and I hope to now share these practices with you all. My unique blend of QiYoga, bringing together the beauty of Yoga and Qigong, helps you manage stress, soothe tension, tone your muscles, and improve mental focus. The TCM based self-care techniques have brought relief to my own chronic pain caused by arthritis and Sjogren's disease. I now feel 'young' in my 60s and I hope will help you as well.
As a non-native English speaker without necessary tech skills, I'm very proud to have launched this KZread channel! I know my channel is not perfect, though QiYoga is also not about perfection. The goal is to keep your strength, flexibility, and never lose ground!

    Hello, Luchin, this exercise was a bit too much for my hips, so i did not follow every move, just what my body could handle. Still, it almost always feels great, to practise together, with you and all the people who are here too. To take good care of our body/ mind, Chi energie, love it! 🙏

    Dear i have chronic backpain for last fifteen years. It radiates to my butt muscles n knees. Sometimes it reaches to calf n ankles. I am unable to getup from bed in morning due to pain n stiffness.
