Qiyam “When Allah asks What Do You Want ? “ | WAYS . Wipe All Your (minor) Sins #13 | Ustadh Baajour
It was narrated from Sa'eed bin Jubair, from a man who he thought was good, that :
Aishah, may Allah (SWT) be pleased with her, told him that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "There is no man who habitually prays at night, then sleep overwhelms him, but Allah (SWT) will record for him the reward of his prayer, and his sleep is a charity given to him." Nassai
Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "May Allah show mercy to a man who gets up during the night and performs Salat, awakens his wife to pray and if she refuses, he sprinkles water on her face (to make her get up). May Allah show mercy to a woman who gets up during the night and performs Salat, awakens her husband for the same purpose; and if he refuses, she sprinkles water on his face." [Abu Dawud].
Jabir (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) saying, "Every night there is a special time during which whatever a Muslim asks Allah of any good relating to this life or the Hereafter, it will be granted to him; and this moment comes every night." Muslim].
Narrated Abu Huraira:
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "Every night when it is the last third of the night, our Lord, the Superior, the Blessed, descends to the nearest heaven and says: Is there anyone to invoke Me that I may respond to his invocation? Is there anyone to ask Me so that I may grant him his request? Is there anyone asking My forgiveness so that I may forgive him?. " Bukhari _ Muslim
That was narrated to us by Al-Qasim bin Dinar Al-Kufi (who said):
“Ishaq bin Mansur narrated to us, from Isra’il” with this (Another chain) Bilal narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “Hold fast to Qiyam al-Lail, for it is the practice of the righteous before you, and indeed Qiyam al-Lail is a means of nearness to Allah, a means of prevention from sin, an expiation for bad deeds, and a barrier for the body against disease.” Tirmidhi
Narrated Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-'As:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: If anyone prays at night reciting regularly ten verses, he will not be recorded among the negligent; if anyone prays at night and recites a hundred verses, he will be recorded among those who are obedient to Allah; and if anyone prays at night reciting one thousand verses, he will be recorded among those who receive huge rewards. Abu Dawood

Means to come near Allah 9. Prevention from sins 10. Barrier for body from illness 11. Best Salah after fard salah 12. Closest Allah to you 13. Sharaf ( honor of believers)

Lailaha illahu, wahadahu, la Shari kalahu, lahul mulku, walahul hamdu, wahuwa ALA kulli shai'in .,. Allah love this zikr,and it has so many many rewards, who ever said it,and believe it,his/her body will not remain in hell fire permanently
An Expiation of and Protection from Sin “You should pray qiyam al-Layl, for it is the custom of the righteous who came before you and it brings you closer to your Lord, and expiates sins and prevents misdeeds.” (at-Tirmidhi)
“[The (faithful) servants of the Merciful are they who walk upon the earth modestly, and when the foolish one address them answer: Peace; And who spend the night before their Lord, prostrate and standing.” (Qur’an, 25:63-64)
“Verily, there is one hour during the (entire) night when any Muslim (submitting to the Will of Allah the Almighty) may call upon Allah and request anything of Him, regardless of whether the matter be worldly or of the hereafter. Allah, the Almighty, will grant and fulfill the request. This is the case every night.” (Muslim). The Prophet has also mentioned that: "The best prayer after the obligatory prayers is the night prayer." (Muslim)
Salalaahu caleyhi wasalam
“Is the one who worships devoutly in the watches of the night, prostrate and standing, fearful of the Hereafter and hoping for the mercy of his Lord, (to be accounted equal with a disbeliever)? Say: are those who know equal with those who know? But only people of understanding will pay heed.” (Qur’an, 39:9)
Allahu akbar
“Verily, in the night there is an hour, no Muslim reaches it, asking Allah for goodness from matters of the dunya or the Akhirah, except that Allah gives it to him, and that is in every night.” (Muslim)
“Their sides forsake their beds (get up at night), to invoke their Lord in fear and hope…No person knows what is kept hidden for them of joy as a reward for what they used to do” (Qur’an, 32:16-17)
The Prophet PBUH said: “You should pray Qiyaam al-Layl, for it is the habit of the righteous people who came before you, and it will bring you closer to your Lord, expiate for bad deeds, prevent sin, and expel disease from the body.” (At-Tirmidhi and Ahmad)

Being Protected from Heedlessness “Whoever prays qiyam reciting ten verses will not be recorded as one of the heedless. Whoever prays qiyam reciting one hundred verses will be recorded as one of the devout. Whoever prays qiyam reciting one thousand verses will be recorded as one of those who collected a great deal of reward.” (Abu Dawud)

Salam brother! What if my wife wakes up for tahajjut but after me any way - do I still need to wake her up ?
The Prophet (saw) said: “Whoever wakes up at night and lets his wife do so in order to offer two rak’ahs, will be recorded amongst those who remember Allah much in that night.” (Abu Dawud)
73:6-8 Indeed, worship in the night is more impactful and suitable for recitation. For during the day you are over-occupied ˹with worldly duties˺. ˹Always˺ remember the Name of your Lord, and devote yourself to Him wholeheartedly.
