材料
原粒腰果 150g
蒜鹽或香草鹽 1/2茶匙
鹽 1/2茶匙
鹽 3茶匙用作清洗及漫泡用途
預熱80oC 焗5分鐘
烘乾80oC 焗4分鐘, 反轉80oC 焗4分鐘
180oC 焗3分鐘, 再反轉180oC 焗3分鐘
Ingredients
Cashew(whole nut) 150g
garlic salt or herbal salt 1/2 teaspoon
salt 1/2 teaspoon
Salt 3 teaspoons (for washing and soaking the cashew)
Preheat 80oC for 5 minutes
Dry the nuts at 80oC for 4 minutes, then turn them around again 80oC for 4 minutes
then 180oC for 3 minutes, then them around again 180oC for 3 minutes
