PVC Kick Tutorial - Like Dual Damage
In the video you will see me sound design a PVC-type kick like Dual Damages. It isn't a 100% finished kick ready to throw in the mix, but I demonstrate lots of technique to create the style of kicks.
There are of course other ways to create such kicks.

you can use frequency shifter by Kilohearts to have a more pronounced sound in the attack. Very nice !

Thank you for the tutorial! I spent the last 8 hours pausing and trying to mimic these techniques (with half of the tools lmao) and seems like this is a very nice template to keep creating new kicks :D I'd love if you would go a bit slower on some of the parts of the videos cuz goddamn

I think you mean the dynamic range? If so: I like it to have some range, it’s more punchy line that 😄 During the mastering proces it will get sqeeuzen either way 😄

You could just boost the volume so it sounds louder
And something changed in my fl studio, everything is very big, how can I set it to be like yours?

You've got different options in your mixer
I have a question, I did a different kick under the bonk serum and why it didn't work out like in the tutorial, I will also try to arrange the PVC kick like you did, but I doubt it will work :(

Just practice! I don’t always get a good result from the first time. If it didn’t work out, let your ears rest for a bit & go again a bith later! Using a reference kick can also help sometimes. You got it 👊🏼
