1 more tip, when stretching a vocal use "stretch" mode first, Then switch to "e2 speech" That makes sure you preserve the audio quality :)

I use delay always, but I automate the input, so the delay only comes in parts when there is room for it and it doesn't come out as muddy. Good video :)

Tip: instead of recording the syllable stretch in Edison, you can stretch the syllable with dblue Stretch

Thanks awesome tips❤ I hope at this point you gonna make a tutorial about how you later leads, numbers of them, sound selection, harmonies, pad, chords…etc… also I’m astonished about how you can work without naming your patterns, it would made a huge confusion in my projects, it reminds me my brother that wrote an entire sketch of a novel book without writing a single name just “individual 1,2,3…”😂

I don't really name them because I just know what they always are as I always start from the main melody, so it basicaly just goes in an order of main lead - harmony - chords - bass- arp - pucks The rest is "cosmetic stuff" that i probably won't have a look again so no need there to change them haha

Not gonna lie, i've been doing the edison repeat trick for years, never knew about effector

Effector is better in many ways, but it's best in the way that you have more control over the repeating process through automations, no need for trial and error for 20 minutes. The downside is that it is wayyyyy more confusing to use at first

nice video, a question though, when it comes to that stretch tip, what can you use instead of edison or effector? i guess this tip mostly applies to fl.

I only know those two methods and for stretching I use the flstudios own stretching mechanism on the sample options I'm not aware if there are more, but this one works just fine for me
