Really good stuff! My only issue with the localization this time around is the fact that Possessed Klug says Hydrangea for his final spell. I know it's accurate to what he says in Japanese but there it matches to what Sig's final spell is. Because of Sig saying Cobalt in English, the connection is lost. So I would have either liked for him to have said Cobalt like Sig or take it a step further and maybe have it be Iron since when it oxidizes with acid it changes from red to blue which the opposite happens to Cobalt.

That's clever, but it would be better to say rust rather than iron, being that that's the common terminology for Iron Oxide. At the same time, however, I feel like the Cobalt that Hydrangea is changed to is more so the shade of blue than the metal, and so perhaps Crimson would be a good fit for Possessed Klug's 5th spell, better in keeping with both Sig's 5th spell and Possessed Klug's theme, 'Surge of Crimson Shouts!'.

@@heyoyo10gaming4 Great points. There's a lot of ways they could have done it to fit with the changes they made back with PPT1. I appreciate the accuracy of the translations starting with Champions but unless they go back and change the spells of the OG chars a lot of the subtext will be lost.

What Strange's voice so deep for? I was not expecting that

i could live with possessed klug sounding like he does if his final spell was "cobalt" a lot of the newer localizations can be frustrating in how literal they are

Possessed Klug's spells are based around the colour red, as oppose to Sig's blue. A hydrangea can be red or blue, hence it is both Sig and Possessed Klug's final spell in the Japanese version. And as I'm sure you know, Cobalt is blue.

cobalt red is a thing, albeit pretty obscure. p!klug and sig having the same final spell makes too much sense lore-wise for it not to be the case, and on a more petty note, "hydrangea" doesn't sound as cool in english as "cobalt"
