Hi and thanks for your message. The minimum speed of the motor is 1000 rpm to be able to pump. How to switch on the PTO: idle, press the switches mast and main pump (if available, press the clutch pedal) The PTO version can be seen in this video: kzread.info/dash/bejne/hpmh17irer21ldo.html
