I think the main universe Iron Man is richer than the main universe, Batman. But there are versions of Batman, who are probably richer than Iron Man as well. (such as injustice, Batman, who is a trillionaire Since Lex Luthor left him his entire fortune.)

I think for the main universe of Marvel, Earth-616. Pretty sure it tends to be T’Challa who's considered the richest hero. Usually with Dr. Doom and Namor ranking up there too. With all of them leading nations, I guess it makes sense though.
