The Superman One was awful. Even though They used Kryptonite, it is so anticlimactic seeing him shot out of the air and die. It’s like if people used Bug Spray to kill Spider-Man.

Superman could fart once and the power of the blast would be equal to a 1 megaton warhead, not to mention the toxic fumes emitted would disintegrate every cell in the human body.

The story is even less lore-accurate than you realize: >Green Lantern rings can't just be picked up and worn by anyone to work. You have to be chosen. And in fact when Green Lanterns die the ring flies off the user's hand in search of a new user. King Shark shouldn't have even had to chance to cut off the finger and try to put it on. >Wonder Woman needing a Kryptonite Shield to battle Clark is actually ridiculous. She's handed him his ass several times. Batman has even considered her a contingency plan for Superman if he ever went rogue before. She could have won the fight without the shield. The fact she even lost with it, is really absurd. >The League has been mind-controlled by Brainiac before. In fact one of my favorite superheroes Static in Static Shock took on a good chunk on them like this. I don't quite know WHY it's decided that the League needs to die? Since even someone like Diana should have been looking for a cure and very likely found one. Diana's bio mentions that the amazons are more advanced in technology than normal human society is, so the Purple Healing Ray must exist. Also, her lasso has traditionally been able to snap people out of mind control before too. There's no reason it SHOULDN'T have worked here. It's all very contrived.

Cause that would be a necessary explanation. Also, it's not the first time the League has come across a problem like this. It's weird that NOBODY even entertains the thought of trying to cure the League or explains why it can't be done. Because as far as someone like Diana/Wonder Woman goes that's DEFINITELY what she would have went for. Those are her friends. The Squad is gonna Squad, so I won't throw shade at them. But Wonder Woman should have definitely been trying to stop them and attempting to bring the League back with no loss of life.

There's another hero with a similar weakness, the green lantern, and it's theoretically possible to likewise drain the energy used to power the ring. One of the only things I appreciate in this game is the fact that Batman says Superman is the one that gave him and introduced him to Kryptonite in case Superman ever became evil. It’s just one of those things that Superman would definitely do and you can see happening in the Arkham verse.

It's interesting, because the reason why he lost was because Brainiac was such a cocky boss. Batman kept telling him that certain things shouldn't be handled a certain way, or to do things differently, yet Brainiac kept going against his advice, and even told him not to kill the Suicide Squad, because he wanted them to be integrated + I think that a big side-effect of being mind controlled by Brainiac is that they become overconfident, therefore not taking their opponents seriously. Which is why none of the league TRULY put much effort into killing the Squad members. Even Brainiac himself keeps being arrogant till the end. And in the end-game he still keeps talking trash, even after a previous version of him is destroyed, and a lot of his machines are gone. + People don't realise HOW intelligent Harley Quinn actually is. In Arkham Knight, hallucination Joker even hints on the fact that Joker was holding her back immensely. With him dead, she could grow further. As we've seen she runs his gang after his death. It's only natural that she would 'take inspiration' from Batman, and actually kinda make a sort of contingency for if they ran into each other again. It's obvious that Joker's influence has mostly worn off, therefore she uses her full intelligence. A nice subtle detail is in the ARGUS interview tapes. Whereas with every other member, Rick Flag and Waller get under their skin, not only is Harley unfazed, and practically entirely unaffected by any attempts they make, she actually turns the tables on them, every single time. People are judging by her past, but forget that; 1. She is still a highly skilled Criminal psychiatrist. Joker just simply held her so tightly in his grasp that she basically acted dumber than she actually is 2. In the 5 years since Arkham Knight, she changed drastically, and Joker's control is mostly gone. She's on full potential now. 3. She used to be in the same line of work as Hugo Strange. If she hadn't met Joker, she'd probably be a rival and competitor to Hugo Strange. Think about that.

In the comics it is by far the rarest type of kryponite and capable of stripping a Kryptonian of their powers _permanently_ In injustice batman bearly has enough of it to fit out one suits arm and legblades with it + make one knife that, if he managed to stick it into superman would permanently depower him.

I love how we’ve been shown multiple times in games, comics, movies and spin offs; that the Justice League CANNOT be killed by bullets. Yet we very single death in this game, asides from Wonder Woman’s, was just by shooting them multiple times…

To be honest I only watched this to see batman's death. Im kinda conflicted on how I feel towards it. Like I understand everyone is upset with it. But I think it had some good ideas. At the end of arkham knight we get that demon batman scene. Everyone speculated that bats would use an altered version of the fear toxin. And that did end up being the case. Having the leauge be mind controlled felt like a cop out. To get batman into a compromised position. Because I already found out he killed the entire bat family. So when harley had the gun pointed. Bruce already lost everything precious to him. So I think the concept was that bruce decided to just give himself up to his fate. And because he was afraid brainiac could reestablish control and use his body to reak more havoc. Having the former girl of joker finish him off does feel thematic enough. I just feel like they shoulda gave bruce one more scene of internal dialouge. As a final sendoff to everyone he knew and all the fans. Maybe even have a scene where bruce purposely open up the mental cage he held joker in. Tell joker that he wants him to kill him. Then swap back and forth from joker holding the gun, in bats mindspace, and harley holding the gun irl. What I think prevented this was Kevin's Death. When Kevin basicaly gave his final words about how he felt about death. That feels like the kind of send off he wanted to give everyone in his final performance. But executive meddling prevented it. I don't know, im just throwing out my thoughts here.

I'm not a DC fan but I really respect Batman, I can't believe they killed him like that 😐

Not to be serious but unfortunately your Batman take on how to beat him here is incorrect. Keep in mind he is controlled by Brainiac, *meaning he no longer CARES about saving hostages, loving family like Nightwing, or is emotionally broken by his trauma.* He is simply a servant of Brainiac with all the skill Batman has. Y’all ever wonder what would happen if Arkham Batman got Brainiac’s tech?

I would say, most of the depths are most of like you know of them we’re Omar roaming, but I do believe Batman was actually pretty good, and I like our commitment I played a lot of him in his store was great the death for him actually kind of makes sense when you kind of think about it in the Arkham games because in one scene where Harley was using the fear talk and or Scarecrow I don’t remember which scene says it was in the older one but Batman states when his Vegas fears is dying openly where his friends can see him die that’s why all the villains openly do it, and that’s what his greatest fear was to die openly so all his friends could be compromise Never took off his mask and during the part where he says, you’re a bad comment terrier or something like that that was actually Batman saying thanks after Harley committed him by saying him on a little bench for pretty much protecting the city pretty much in the way, so I believe it actually makes sense for Batman to die like that because it is what he does and it kind of feels lax on some but also makes sense when he kind of think about it

i am genuinely confused on how Batman was mind controlled. He has so many counter measures for anything and everything and out of no where. He some how just doesn't have one for this? The game should have been a game where you play partially as Failsafe ajd partially as the suicide squad. Failsafe for Batman and Superman, then helps kill the flash. Only getting destroyed or shut off by the flash half way through. Weakening him by breaking his bones and putting something to stop him from healing inside.

I feel like the flash deserved a better rank, just because batman has also used fatigue against flash, although technically he didnt use it, savage did, he implanted a bomb on the flash's wrist that if he ever stopped moving would blow up and the flash would have no time to escape it, however fatigue was also an issue and would kill him, but batman also knew how to counteract each one of their weakness's which was teh only reason the flash survived.

Green lantern as well, you're going based off the dc animated batman, but the yellow lantern core is one of the green lanterns biggest enemies for a reason, albeit I don't think it made sense that batman had the materials to make 4 yellow lantern gadgets, and even if he did, I believe that you would need to charge the rings and or gadgets at a lantern core after being out of commission for so long, but still, that one is pretty accurate, more accurate than the flash anyway.

That being said, that's my opinion based on accuracy, but yeah, most of their death scenes kinda sucked. Wonder Womans was ok, and batman's was decent, after all if any of the four of them were gonna take him out it should have been harley.

That's one thing I feel is weird that the kryptonite didn't work on Superman. So I think they're just clones this is my theory. I think they're just clones and bringing. It has the real ones in storage in his giant skeleton ship. Eventually, the suicide squad is going to find them and get them out of there.
