Sir, left hand side pillion foot rest baar ko pull kare upwards, it would be even easier...I will try your method too....

Easiest way to damage your shoulders is by pulling back. You are habituated. But a newbie will cramp his shoulder by this pulling back technique. Rather you should first stand on the centre stand by one leg. Then pull up by the grab rail and simultaneously push down with your feet on the stand. Using the fulcrum of the stand. Easiest and safe way to do it. Oh and side stand is mandatory for beginners.

Bro.. I mentioned the exact same thing. Put pressure on the stand where the angle is created and pull it up using the grab rail.

@@nitishneo2 you said grab rail ko peeche kheech sakte ho. Many beginners won't understand the exact technique you're trying to say. They'll lean their body backwords and try to pull the grabrail and handlebar towards the back. This is a common mistake everyone does in the starting. They end up spraining their shoulders. Rather than the pull back thing you should pull up. Keep your body straight, use your shoulders push the feet and pull the grab rail straight up, not back. I've found it to be the easiest method since it uses the leverage of the stand itself.

I follow one more trick and I easily do center stand on any bike even on my SM650 that is when i push our center stand with feet i make sure both the side touches the ground and then push with my feet and pull the back with hand then its easy..

Most of the RE will easily slide into centre stand if you just stand on the centre stand without much effort. Is himalayan different in that aspect?

Yes

One point along with this technique is to keep the bike handle in straight position and then follow whats shown here. It’s far more easier if you keep the handle straight than it being tilted to one side.
