Well both Ukraine and US voted against combating the glorification of Nazism, neonazism, racism, racial intolerance and xenophobia at the UN General Assembly in December 2020. The motion was placed before them by Russia and a number of other countries as they have done since 2015. This is one year after the 2014 US funded coup which installed the west's neonazi friends who started shelling eastern Ukraine, the Donbass with NATO weapons, and who we train. The USSR lost around 27 million from the previous followers of that particular ideology. 52 countries abstained on the motion these were all of the EU, UK, Australia and Canada. It is why the people of eastern Ukraine, the Donbass voted for autonomy in 2014 and then later to become part of Russia because why wouldn't you when the government some foreign power installed, that is the US, is trying to kill your family and destroy your home, I would, any sane person would. If there was no Nazi problem in Ukraine and they wanted peace then Ukraine and the US would have voted for combating the glorification of Nazism at the UN and so would all the EU, Canada, Australia and the UK. There would therefore have been no need for Russia to have the SMO in order for denazification to occur, it would have removed the justification and the necessity. There would have not have been over 500,000 dead, nor their grieving families and their would still be an intact Ukraine. The installed Ukrainian regime also declared a National Day of Commemoration, 1st of January for Stepan Bandera who collaborated with the Nazis during WW2 and participated in the genocide that occurred which led to the deaths of 27 million people in the USSR, men, women and children. The Nazis did not kill just Jews but lots of other ethnic groups as well considering them unter menschen.

@@HiArashi13 I only have surface level knowledge of this. Communism aimed to close the gap between rich and poor by distributing all resources/rewards/benefits equally among all members. It sounds good on paper as it aims to promote equality but this comes with several glaring practical problems. For example, if there was a hard working guy who made 10 products a day and another lazy guy who only made 2 products, both of them will still have the same salary if employed by a communist minded organization. So this takes away the incentive of people to perform better since regardless of their effort and quality, they are all paid the same. So this discourages people to work hard to achieve any goal while simultaneously promoting laziness and incompetence.

It’s not just the symbols. I remember when the war first began there were people trying to evacuate, and the soldiers were not even letting Black people on the trains. They wanted their own people to be able to get out safely, to hell with the others. This is not surprising to anyone, except people who believe the bought off US media and politicians.

Nothing new here, more French soldiers died under Stalingrad fighting for Hitler than fighters fighting under Charles De Gaulle as resistance. French Charlemagne division protected Hitler's s bunker in Berlin in May of 1945.

5 yrs ago my pal paid £700 to do a 2week combat training course in Ukraine. Bear in mind he is no Guardian reader; he has provided security for Griffin & has a pro boxing license. He came back telling me they were all nutters, portrait of Adolf on the wall, singing SS matching songs, swastikas etc. if anything, the experience turned him a bit left!

This is disgusting...! The truth is to be seen!!! Putin was right in his saying about Selensky and his bunch...! GOD BLESS RUSSIA AND HELP US ALL - WE, THE PEOPLE, WANT PEACE...!!!

Russia just wanted a buffer between them and the West, but the West was disingenuous and would not allow it to work. Originally, I mean, that’s what they wanted. Now, in addition to the buffer, they want to protect Russian-speaking and ethnic Russian civilians and to do this it is necessary to de-Nazify Ukraine. And shelled and killed many Eastern Ukrainians, many of whom were ethnic Russians, too who were resistant to the 2014 military coup supported by Western countries, which took down the legally elected President of Ukraine and replaced him with the "election" of Zelensky, under pretty clear revolutionary military duress, since they were shelling, suppressing and killing many Ukrainian resistors, apparently mainly in the Eastern Ukraine. Even the UN filed reports of atrocities there, but nothing was done.
