Putin inspects mobilized soldiers and fires rifle amid 'tense' situation in E. Ukraine
Russian President Vladimir Putin can be seen lying on the ground and firing from a rifle during his inspection on a training ground for mobilized troops on Thursday.
Putin was accompanied on the trip to Ryazan, southeast of Moscow, by Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu, who reported how the men were drafted. The officer also displayed winter boots, clothes, cooking utensils and other supplies.

A main service rifle like this isn’t even that heavy compared to a machine gun with a belt of ammo, and the AK-74 or even AK-47 round doesn’t produce THAT much recoil. Plenty of women do it for that reason. What base level unimpressive physical strength do you think you need to carry and fire one of these? 🤨 I bet you can’t even deadlift 225 (100kg).

Да не только ВДВ. Мой двоюродный брат ушёл в отставку, 30 лет отдал армии, в 50 лет его физическое состояние как у 30 летнего мужчины занимающегося спортом, бицухи, плечи, пресс. Служил в мотострелковых войсках. Дело ещё в том, что сейчас в армии действует система материального поощрения для тех кто сдает нормативы по физо на хорошо и отлично, сдал по возрастной категории физо на хорошо или отлично идет доплата к жалованию причём не плохая.

@@inkognitost1269 целенаправленного отбора нет. Да есть предпочтения, но бывает так, что не все крепкие ребята попадают в ВДВ или например в морскую пехоту, бывает так, что команду набрали и все. Боец ММА Мага Исмаилов служил в железнодорожных войсках и на чемпионате МО по боксу занял первое место направляя в нокаут и вдвшников и карповых беретов ВВ так что отбор можно назвать весьма формальным.
