You are specifically watching the international part of the network. "Deutsche Welle is Germany’s international broadcaster, producing content in 30 languages." Obviously the news are going to be geared towards a more generalized international audience. Not to mention that I've seen plenty of other topics, including the German economy, brought up on here. Maybe the problem is that you're not putting in the bare minimum personal effort, and weirdly expect your specific preferences to be spoon fed to you like a 3 year old child?

Right now the rest of the world sees it as a European problem, however any direct escalation by European powers can turn the narrative into a West versus the rest, bringing India, China, Iran, Korea and many African countries to the defence of Russia. Would the depopulated and economically depleted West be able to take the might of population behemoths of the East? The answer is very clear and irrespective of what these experts say, NATO will never engage directly unless attacked first. Collapse of Ukraine is a forgone conclusion.

If any significant action is taken it needs to be thought out long term with 10 moves ahead planned for. The change of a defense minister after 10 years in the position is not a major shake up. The Brits probably had 6 such shake ups in the last 8 years. NATO should be credited for helping Russia to fully become a wartime economy. Now its members get to start burn more and more in their defense budget. The only problem is it costs the West 15x more to produce military gadgets than the Russians. They can buy a few shells from a few developing countries like Pakistan at highly jacked up prices. But countries like South Africa Brazil China India will not supply ammo for Ukraine.

Btw, he also requested to retire before the war and only stayed on board at Putin request. The new defense minister is a expert ,economist who will be tasked with aligning the economy of the military ( 6-9% GDP ) with that of the entire country for Maximum efficiency both now and at the end of the war. The audience of western media is so gullable and naive that they believe anything. As long as it makes them feel superior. 😂😂

Blinken was there to hold a concert and drink a nice Russian vodka hence Robotyne is back into Russian hhands today and by the way four U.S supplied ATACMS were shot down today as well in the Crimea Peninsula adding to 24 so far ATACMS destroyed in a months. Minister Shoigu now occupies a more powerful position of being the Chairman of The Russian Security Council.

As a Russian, I hope that in the event of an escalation by the West, Putin will not give up and release all strategic weapons at NATO, especially at these talkers

The West did not start this war, Putin did. If Putin decides to release all of his strategic weapons at NATO, then NATO will do whatever it has to do to protect itself.

"Nico Lange" reminds me of Sadam Hussain's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mohammed Saeed al-Sahhaf, or to West as: *Comical Ali* ...even when the bombs were dropping, he infamously denied they were losing the war.🤣

Gen. Shoigou requested retirement a couple of years ago but Kremlin urged him to stay on as SMO was eminent. Now that frontlines have stabilized, a soft landing exit has been offered to him. Are we now supposed to believe that he was fired? He isn't even a career soldier to even think of a fall out, and his successor is not one either. The two are civilian strategists in military uniforms.
