Putin breaks silence on Wagner boss Prigozhin plane crash

Twenty four hours after the plane crash thought to have killed Wagner mercenary chief Yevgeny Prigozhin, Vladimir Putin has commented publicly on it.
(Subscribe: bit.ly/C4_News_Subscribe)
The Russian President praised his former caterer as a "savvy businessman" who "made serious mistakes".
He also sent his condolences to the families of the ten people who died in the crash - which came exactly two months after Prigozhin's brief mutiny.
And Putin warned that investigations into what caused it will take time.

So question that prigozhin could ask himself, who he was fighting for?

Brits say things like this then glorify people like Winston Churchill (ran concentration camps in Kenya, exacerbated a famine in India and openly advocated for the aryan race) and Margaret thatcher (ardent supporter of Pinochets fascist regime and enacted a shoot to kill policy in Ireland where state intelligence worked with loyalists to ethnic cleanse Catholics) British and American hypocrisy is crushingly annoying. As a disclaimer, I don't support Putin Prygoshzin or the invasion of Ukraine, as I'm consistent in my anti imperialist views.

@@_DeadEnd_ I don’t think that’s the case. Chechens have served two main purposes: controlling captured cities & acting as barrier troops to liquidate deserters. These are glorified policeman who have not undergone proper military training. Their elite units however, contrary to popular belief, are extremely capable. Most of them are held back in Chechnya as they are too valuable to Kaydrov. This is because Chechnya is a tiny place, smaller than the state of New Jersey, with an equally tiny population. Too many resources have been invested in their SF to send them on some suicidal adventure in Ukraine. Especially since a mole in the FSB jeopardised their mission to decapitate the Ukrainian government back in March 2022.

People who just by default blame Putin are both intellectually lazy and bankrupt.

What was he doing in Russia anyway when he was supposed to be exiled in Belarus? At least if he stayed in Belarus he might have lived a bit longer, but the boss would've got him there and anywhere he could've been also. There is NO question who authorized his liquidation as it couldn't have been done without his expressed permission as it is an utmost important political issue in current Russian political affairs.
