Morning Irene Have you ever thought about using a small cooler to keep your starter in? I use one that holds a six-pack. Microwave a damp cloth to warm the inside up and it stays pretty stable.

YES! Great video guys. Dave, you sir, ROCK the pearls! The English muffins turned out great. Nicole and I are definitely going to try this recipe out. Irene, I'm with you, more butter. My saying has always been, "If a little is good, more is better!". We are meeting friends out along the Madison River to do our first outdoor climb of the season. It has been unseasonably warm, so we might as well start climbing. Looking forward to your video of Cedar Key. Safe journeys and Carey On!
