Pushing My limits- FIRST EVER Liberty Reservoir Circumnavigation Mountain Biking 45miles (NEW FKT)
This was not an ordinary Mounian biking adventure where I pushed my limits and became the first person to ever bike he whole way around Liberty Reservoir in on day. This set a new FKT of 11hrs and 54mins on this challangeing 43 miles route consisting of mountain biking, road biking and bushwacking. The prep took 3 years and I finally can say I have achieved my goals. What an achievement. I have done most of the reservoir, but in sections. A lot in the early 90's. Never the whole damn rideable round trip. My hats off to you.

Another great video Ben - thanks for posing and sharing. I've only done about 1/5 of the trails in your video of which I've toted my chainsaw to clear some of the trail of fallen logs (over 2 dozen large trees). It's a shame no one completely maintains the bulk of this trail as there is so much to enjoy. Riding 45 miles of the 81 mile full pool perimeter of our reserviour is really impressive to do in one day and a great achievement. I see you missed the trail I cleared between the eastern side of Oakland road and Ivy Mill road, and as you know there are multiple trail options along the way. Keep these videos coming.
