The full quote actually is: "Pain is temporary. It may last a minute, or an hour, or a day, or a year, but eventually it will subside and something else will take its place. If I quit, however, it lasts forever."

The power of HEART is much stronger than the power of MIND to empower our life.

Actually, this is the complete quote: "Pain is fleeting. Whether it lasts for a minute, an hour, a day, or a year, the pain will eventually go and be replaced by something else. But if I give up, the suffering will go on for a very long time-forever."

Hey people! I’m looking for individuals who are willing to be a part of a motivational podcast. All we do is set up a ‘Google Meet’ session, and I’ll give you an interview right on the spot! I will ask you 20 questions related to your background in physical activity, as well as what struggles you deal with day to day. It’s important for people to see how everyone else in the world handles their problems, and especially how everyone keeps themselves motivated. If you are an Athlete of any sort, of any age, of any gender, then consider giving it a try! The interview would take about 30 minutes. Every person that does an interview gets their own episode on the motivational madness podcast. Episode 1 has not been released yet.
