This was the video I needed! I absolutely ruined my first batch a couple months ago by not soaking and cleaning them properly. Looking forward to doing better with this one

Thank you so much! We've tried multiple times to prepare purple varnish as there are buckets of them the size of my palm out in front of our beach house. They've always come out sandy even after proper soaking and cooking but that's probably because we've left the visceral material in?

ur limit of 36?? where is that? Oregon limit of purple varnish is 72. looks great , will have to try this

they upped the limit now to double that statewide in OR
