EASY RAZOR CLAM CLEANING AND BEST RECIPE EVER!- Clam Linguini | BAD ASH OUTDOORS

Спорт

I was stuck in a bit of a rut with dishes to make out of razor clams, so I came up with something totally new! While I love clam chowder, fried clams, and clam fritters, this is a delicious new way to enjoy clams! Light, buttery, and delicious!
Happy digging!

Breaking your uncooked long pastas in half allows all of the pasta to fit into your pot of boiling water so it is all cooked for the same amount of time. Breaking the uncooked pasta in half also makes the pasta and sauce easier to mix up and easier to eat after it is cooked.
