The UK and I'm guessing European release (which isn't available until the end of July) includes a Blu-ray disc as well and it appears to have extras

I love the focused brevity. It makes your reviews one of my most sought after.

The Dolby ATMOS version of the soundtrack has already been released on Apple Music. It's pretty amazing. Warner Records DID say a ATMOS blu-ray will be released later this year. This makes sense as the re-release of Prince's album Diamonds and Pearls last year ALSO has a ATMOS blu-ray release.

The problem I have with WB is about not including extras. They released more special features on digital for dune part two but it's not there on the physical release. They could just include an extra bluray for features if everything is not included on a 100 GB disc.

I agree. No extras sends a signal to a lot of folks that streaming is good enough.

Honestly kinda disappointed that it did not have a purple case. This movies just *asks* for that, like how Mean Girls asked for (and got) a pink case. I'll probably get this and buy a generic purple movie case and swap the paper insert and disc into the purple case.

Atoms was only on the album soundtrack re-release I believe. They did remaster audio for the 4k though. The full extras are only on the UK 4k release that comes with a Blu-ray disc.

I ordered the exclusive German 4k steel book, ( Ebay) that's supposedly inclusive of some extra goodies. Can't wait for it to arrive! 💜🎬⚘️

I prefer 4k films to be on the 4k disc with no extras, so that the disc space is used solely for picture and audio quality. If any extras are to be provided then I'd rather they be on the bluray disc, or a separate bluray disc or even a dvd. I want as minimal compression as possible and high bit rates for movies on 4k uhd bluray.

Morris Day the MFn Time! Still haven't seen this movie. I've had it on Blu-ray unopened for like 5 years. Should probably watch that before upgrading to the 4K lol

They somehow manage to look even worse than on the 2107 BD too.

It's a steep price for only the movie and pretty much nothing else. Yes, I preordered it but not feeling great about the omissions of bonus content. Maybe things got locked up in licensing or whatever. Hopefully the transfer will make up for it.

Dts5. 1 audio on a 4k movie especially one with a killer soundtrack is inexcusable! This movie would kill with lossless audio... I kno you say the 5.1 sound is good but think now much better it could be?! Very dissaponted!

This movie upgrade for me.... VHS to 4K . 😅.
