nice workout! wondering why the handles are always vertical and not horizontal (as the grip would be on a regular barbell)? Is there a specific reason for this?

Thanks for teaching me the sled is heavy metal. Well, that is attribute granting at least not any stiffness. So you push well the friction conducts from your up-top, means a super catalyst to a Network Analyst. That's what we are in the big internet of things, a little node for a Network Analyst.

I’m just a random guy but I have used adhesive to stick different types of industrial carpet underneath homemade sleds. You can do it without adhesive and just have a few different mats, which is what I did for years. Eventually I just glued the ones I knew worked best at certain resistance and weight levels to the bottom of different sleds eventually. Home gym
