Landmine Upper Body Exercises Include:
Close-grip chest press
Single-arm chest press
Kneeling shoulder press
Kneeling narrow to wide shoulder press
T-bar row (single-arm option here)
Upright row
Meadows row
Abs rotation
Try one exercise at a time to build muscle, or combine them all into a circuit to shred!

Your videos are always direct, on point, simple and effective. I was getting tired of other videos that focus on their nails, hair, flashy leggings, hip music, their merch, etc. I was looking for videos that focus on fitness and nothing else then I found your channel, so thank you.

I'm a Landmine Junkie. 3 out of 6 workouts a week involve the landmine. They are a one stop shop for full body work outs when on the fly. Great Work out routine Erin!

After watching this video I decided that I would try to do this whole workout as a circuit. I followed Erin's instructions and did everything without resting until the circuit was completed. I was amazing how one exercise led into the next ... The bar didn't leave my hands and the workout was awesome! If you are short on time is workout is a no-brainer!

Being a guy, I have been watching Jeff's videos for the past two years. But now that I have discovered your videos, I'm automatically gravitating to them for the most direct and concisely well-explained instruction on how to use the landmine for various exercises. Inevitably, I forget what I watched and learnt the last time round, and so when it's exercise day, I play them again to refresh my mind...I play them while exercising in my home gym (which also means you benefit by multiple view clicks....lol). Subscribed, without doubt!

SUPER! Thank you so much, I will incorporate these in my training routine
i use a bar inserted into a heavy plate that lies on the floor. this holds the landmine (if you dont have a corner or an actual landmine "tool") i like to do single presses where i let the bar go and catch with my opposite hand. its great for chest, shoulders and activates core and legs as you catch the weight. i love these new non traditional exercises. it makes working out more fun.

I’m traveling and using your landline workouts in the hotel gym using their heaviest weighted straight bar😊they’ve been so efficient and effective. Add in the endless stairs for sprinted cardio at the end and I’m good to go 🙏🏼 Thanks for sharing your knowledge.

I love the landmine! Such a game changer. My favorite thing to do on it is hack squats, for days where your spine can't take the weights. Also, landmine hits the core so well

Fantastic workout.... love my landmine attachment
This goddess knows what she’s talking about. Beauty is one thing ok. But look at her body and how well her muscle is developed. I started do these at home I quit working at gym after COVID closed everything. A year later I saved money got some 2x2 Metal tubing and 1 inch drills and drilled and welded my own rack together now my rack is just as good as rogue or rep fitness for $50 dollars. And 3 weeks of after work work, but I got a few attachments like the landline use them every day. All these exercise movements have really changed my body. I’m 40 and in better shape than in my 20s. I did realize it until women in their 20s started coming after me. Watch her videos guys she’s smart.

I did this at home with a bar set into a corner of the room and I did it as a circuit doing each exercise back to back @12 reps each... killer and I am sweaty and breathless! Thanks for this great upper body workout! Works great for a workout even while I have a cast on my broken foot!

just started using the landmine at my gym and I love it. The narrow to wide shoulder press is one I'll have to try. I did the ab rotation one last week and it kicked my ass (in a good way). cool vid.
