I wish you can get your hands on some bliesma mid domes & tweeters. They seem like perfect paring for this purifi.

Actually a customer is sending me two sizes of Bliesma tweeters so that I can make a waveguide and test.

First of all👌👏. I’ve been down this Purifi rabbit hole. I would like use this transducer in a three way speaker design for 2 channel listening. People tend to use 6.5” transducers in towers these days. I really dislike this trend. The Totem Forest uses a HI-VI D8 in its build . This speaker costs $174.00 Canadian. The speakers sells for 5000.00 on average. I almost got sick after all the reviews of this speaker. Borosilicate paint on the inside and some bracing. Just want your thoughs on this Unifi 8 in a three way design. Thanks for your incredibly in-depth review.

Wow that brakeup was high at 5kHz. I feel low brakeup is more important than the other improvements.

This or its 10" brother looks like a driver set I need get going with. Given the 8" as tested, what do you imagine would be an appropriate 'under 50' or 'under 60' to pair with this for the subterranean end of the spectrum? Time for an engineered powered sub, or a classic big woofer of some sort?

Css sdx12 easily the best subwoofer ever made super tight subbass & lowest distortion too.

A little soft on transients, ... I'd speculate that's simply from the way it uses current. What's wonderfully suited for 50 and below, ... quickly becomes a brutal load above 100hz. In a perfect world we'd have Purifi's low distortion magic act, with Beyma's power region capability. Perhaps the horn loaded dual 10" Purifi (amazing btw) is the answer. Really appreciate the content

Interesting, can you tell more about how it uses current?

Sorry. Aber das sind Zuviel $$$$ und zuwenig Membranfläche für einen sub. Das einzige Material was zählt ist Papier. 😅😅😅
