Congrats Purdue, I am a veteran of the Iraq war 06-07, coincidence would have it that Joseph Ellis was a Marine Sgt Major that was killed at this time. He was attending an award ceremony for a female marine when he was killed. He knew me by my appreciation for the colts at the time. I am truly honored to know this man, and I hope you carry on his tradition. Knowing that at the time he was the highest ranking marine to be killed in the Iraq War. Killed because of his leadership qualities to care for all us, regardless of rank or sex.
