Puppet Warp vs Liquify Filter - Photoshop CC 2020
One of the most underestimated tools in Photoshop has to be the Puppet Warp. I hardly see it mentioned in tutorials and yet I use it pretty much all the time in all kinds of workflows. I know that most Photoshop users would instead rely on the Liquify Filter, so I decided to compare them to each other and show why I think they both deserve your attention.

Awesome tutorial Martin! I loved the way you teach and explain the matter! God bless you!
Thank you for describing the differences between Liquify and Puppet Warp in one video, as well as the easy-to-understand explanation. Some tutorials have fast-talking pros, and it's hard to follow them.

Good Day Designer guys Quick question, as i started using the creative cloud this year and have mostly concentrated on illustrator, How does the tools in photoshop compare to illustrator? Or is there any definitive advice you can give to simplify Ps to Ai users.. Thanks
Face-Aware Liquify: _Exists_ Distorted Thumbnail Users: It's free real estate
Thanks Martin for this informative tutorial. It would be great if you could do an in depth tutorial on the Updated Split Warp tool.

@@YesImaDesigner Great. I look forward to watching it.
Can we animate a liquify effect or a puppet mesh.
I learned much in this video. Wish I still had access to your classes. Just too much to deal with because of the monthly international purchase. I bet you would get more subscribers from the Americas if we didn't have to deal with that through our bank. Thanks for all the knowledge you share ✌

It's a shame PayPal cannot do recurring payments, like subscriptions. I guess that would make it easier for you to pay for the membership. We can however process annual membership payments via PayPal. If you are interested please email me and I will give you a special offer too ;)
Very Good Video for me
Thumbs UP!
Amazing!!!. New laptop arrives in a few weeks then it's 6 months hard study of AI and PS.

David Cairns Sounds like a great plan! Have fun learning! 🙌
Thank you Martin Perhiniark for this concise tutorial. Advertisements aside, it’s refreshing to see Adobe KZread tutorials that address viewers as adults (rather than novelty seeking US teens).

КЛАССНО!
strawbery seeds arent seeds themselves, but rather another fruit with a seed inside
ok good you
And now with 2020 release VS warp transform....:))

Alexandru Grecov yep, Warp got much smarter in this latest update. I didn't want to over complicate this video but it could have been easily included in this comparison.
Strawberries aren't the only fruit with their seeds outside... Cashews got seeds outside also..lol
the puppet warp looks more natural
Don't spread false info... Cashew apples have seeds on the outside, not just strawberries.

I learnt something new today! Thanks for the input and sorry for the misleading information 🙌🤦♂️

Actually the red part of the fruit is a receptacle, and the parts that are sometimes mistakenly called "seeds" are achenes. Achenes are a type of simple dry fruit.
you probably have not seen the cashew fruit.
I want your tshirt.
