I watched as a coyote b-lined right for my terrier. It had such tunnel vision it hadn't noticed my German Shepherd had also seen it and was cutting it off. Coyote thought it was getting a meal and ended up getting an ass whoopin.

With predators getting more desperate as we encroach more, that sometimes doesn’t matter. I had a coy come literally two feet of me when I was out early one morning looking for my escaped cat. Which of course raised my terror level of my indoor cat being out by about %1000. It was actively approaching me too. I had to chase it away stomping and yelling and clapping. If I’d had a dog with me on a walk, I can’t imagine. My chi now doesn’t step foot out the door without his vest on. Oh, and the orange escape artist has been found and is back home being annoying lol! 🤣😅

Or is it more likely the coyote seen her yelling and flailing and got spooked and ran off since it didn't even get in range of the dog? This vest isn't gonna do anything to prevent a coyote attack. Theyre just pick it up and carry it off.

I would like to see a coyote go up against someone's pet adult African porcupine. A coyote would have never seen one before since they are from different continents, but would still like to probably eat it. That coyote would be dead in a few days after all those quills screw themselves slowly into the coyotes internals, whether in the leg muscles, throat, stomach, jaw, ears or heart, etc.
