I fostered a little 5 year old Pittie during Christmas for 4 weeks, and we bonded. But even though I was sad when she left, it makes you feel good knowing that they had a place to be safe before they are adopted. It's not easy to get all the dogs who are rescued from bad situations placed, so every little part even if it is for a short time, Helps!

Such a GORGEOUS! and sweet little girl! Kathy's backyard is ANY dogs dream backyard it's really impressive.

So strange I thought the same thing... Here is one angelic soul who will be an earth Angel to the animals eventually. Every family should have a pet for their kids. It teaches the kids to love and care and be gentle with other beings.😊

Dogs compensate remarkably. It was suggested that I buy a knee for my nearly eleven year old large dog. Didn’t make sense as he was just limping a little and had reached his expected life. He’s nearing 16 and uses that leg less but does great We’ve made concessions to climb into bed and the truck. But if you take him for a walk in grouse territory you’d think he’s 8 or 9 and a little sore.

She is actually currently staying at the kennel I work at and she's doing great!

What a sweet girl ❤️ Giving a needy pup a loving home is a great way to honor a lost dog. It's good for us too. Love heals.

I smiled the whole time I watched this! I'm currently fostering a mama and her puppies and it's so rewarding!

Such a sweet, beautiful girl. So sad to think of her all alone and hurt. Thanks Dodo for sharing this story. Such Angel's out there.

My wife and I were just talking last night about taking in animals and fostering them. But I don't know if I could do it...I'd get to attached and won't let them go. But I'm grateful for those who do, so thank you to those who do

Thunder Truck why don’t you adopt an animal, and foster at the same time. Your foster animal will have a friend to help it get through, and you have your own dog so you won’t get attached. Easy solution!

I love stories like this We got our little boy on Good Friday of 2019. I went to the dump to drop off some trash and he come walking out of the gate shaking and whining. Someone had just dropped him off there and left. He was cold and starving and I didn’t hesitate to bring him home. He’s such a sweet dog, I’ve never had a dog like him. He’s so sensitive and sweet. If you yell around him he’ll start shaking so I don’t know what kind of life he had before I found him but he’ll never have to worry about that again.

I don't know how people can foster during such amazing dogs, when it comes time to get them a home I'd have so much trouble saying goodbye, I'd want to adopt her myself lol

They truly took the time to find the best home. It's not as hard when you know they will be okay.

2nd time seeing this and it's just making me smile!!! Love how the little girl was so loving and encouraging with helping the dog get up the stairs!!! Dogs teaches us all about love, how to show love, how to forgive, show compassion toward others. Dogs are just awesome!!!

I love a happy ending for a sweet dog. She's still not using her right rear leg though, so clearly needs more physical therapy or it's not healed or something.

Foster mom, you did a wonderful thing. Thank you! I feel your pain re the remotes. One of my dogs, a shelter pup, did the same thing. However he did not confine his chewing to remotes. Very little is sacred to him. Lol. You gave sweet Faith a second chance. Bravo!

We rescued a cross bull terrier and he broke all the fly screens in our windows, chewed up my yarn, ate my shoes and underwear! My mobile phone!! But he is now 7 years old and he loves his 4 cats and his older doggie sister. I cannot imagine not having him, hes such a beautiful soul. Cheers from Australia!

This is the best made video I've seen on this channel. I'm so happy for Faith, she had a wonderful foster family, and now she's got a wonderful forever home. I'm excited for her to be going on many, many adventures with her new Mom.

I’m so lucky my dogs didn’t chew anything really. Although I kept a bunch bones everywhere. But when I went to clean my puppies dog bed, I found all my socks stuffed!!! I have so many pics of her sleeping with my socks.

Femurs are hard to fix even in humans as they are thick bones that take a lot of weight, and those were *bad* breaks. And I'm sure they followed up.

Kayth, when bones are broken and not set in short order you can get a host of complications - from bone infections, bone deformations and permanent mal-unions...these can lead to chronic pain, long term swelling and PERMANENT LIMPING....So the surgery may have gone well, but....

Faith is still carrying one of her legs, when moving faster than a walk. Why? I thought u said she was all healed, now. What gives??

Way too much "physical therapy" in the early stage following surgery. Significant muscular atrophy on her right hind leg. Stop overworking that leg. Slow down.
