SS Bianca, her sword gauge increases from 60 to 99, significantly increasing her ult damage, can also trigger double qtes and deal more damage

Bianca, for sure. Even base S rank is enough to out rank an SSS Alpha in ultility wise. Overall, almost all new chars are made to powercreep the former ones. Bianca Abystigma with the old Alpha, same with the new Alpha/Beta with Veritas and so on.

I have a question, is the pet event coming back together with the free Rank s ticket for the initial characters? I have been told that it returns in the noan patch, is that so?

Yes, your alpha is better than base abystigma. However, once abystigma get to SS-rank, she powercreeped alpha. Even more if abystigma have her signature weapon. Not by significant amount but noticeable. I don't know about how alpha's leap changed her though

lumi di buff setelah patch haicma (patch tank karenina). buat bagusnya kurang tau, tapi karena masih lama rilisnya, pake lumi sampe si Arisa rilis + Arisa gratis di dorm shop, sama kyk Ayla Amp

How's Alisa : Echo compared to Liv : Luminance? For context : Both are on SS (Alisa is SS0) and with signature weapon I can skip Luminance's leap if Alisa : Echo is better

Alisa is an utter meta in Phys team atm due to her strong Phys DMG buff in passive, her sig weapon further enhance her buffs by 10% and letting her having QoL improvements to deal better damage than Lumi, and utmostly her prime power, her newest sig memory set Signa even farther buff her damage by 100% and can grant anyone in the team healed by her 75% CRIT RATE and 20% CRIT DMG for 8s (Lumi's buffing also only lasts for 8s in Leap, however it is ultimately locked behind her core passive which sacrificed a while to obtain it fully, and Imma be honest, her damage is lackluster a lot. Meanwhile Alisa only needs to QTE to heal to get the full buff, which improves the rotation significantly). Overall, Lumi is still usable, but once you got Alisa and her sig memory set (even if a 5 star weapon), change her immediately.

If you're on GLB, you can't afford to do that. Even if Alisa is 100% superior to Luminance, you can't go a full year without a proper Support, your scores will absolutely tank.

Alisa Echo is better than Luminance. But my suggestion is that Echo hasn't been released on PGR Global yet. Just use Luminance until Echo Release.
