​@@rakeshadhikari5556 CBI is still a few shades better than state agencies as you won't come across things like fake encounters in CBI. Most CBI officers are far more educated than state police force officers. CBI officers don't work on ground level so the chances of them taking bribes in every other case is v low. But yeah, they too are not as honest, transparent and independent as they should have been in some cases. And, you can find some v few honest officers in state agencies also.
