I've seen people get hit with dementia at 60. Early signs of Alzheimer's can even start at 30-40. Cognitive tests are much better than age restriction.

My grandma has dementia, I pity anyone going through that disease. That said, if he know he has that disease, he should have the sense to not run for presidency. If he doesn't the people around him should have a sense of responsibility to not let him run. It's almost like they don't care the country will go another 4 years without a leader.

Elections now are for entertainment purposes only, but even someone who lost (in the election that may actually have the best chances of having been stolen) a couple decades ago is better than the ridiculous options we have today. I really enjoy watching Trump, and I stand up against the lies I hear people say bout him, but we all see and hear with our own eyes the amount of unprofessionalism he carries to the highest office in possibly the world. The lies about stats at times, the exaggerations at every turn saying he knows more than anyone on this or that, wondering out loud about the idea of injecting disinfectants in front of the entire country when everyone was scared and looking for answers. He's good, but we can do way better. We can even do way better than Gore, but he's the only name I can think of that might be a possibility.
