Hindi guy to Marathi guy- speak hindi Marathi guy- ok. I will speak hindi with lots of Marathi words so you will struggle to understand and finally you will give up and learn Marathi unintentionally🤣🤣🤣

I like this election journal of Lallantop as it connects the whole India show how colourful our India is

This is one of the best dining hall in Pune. I have visited many times, since the price was 200 INR. They have consistent taste since so many years. They have decent menu on all days, but if one wants to visit, do visit on Sankashti Chaturthi for dinner when they have their special menu. On Sankashti evening, it’s so crowded that if you go post 8pm, you won’t get place to sit. Evening waiting won’t help 😅

@@jaivsrao finger millet, it used to be grown in North Indian states like Rajasthan, Haryana also in small areas before green revolution but now mostly grown in Karnataka and some parts of Telangana, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and Gujarat. In Hindi, its name is raagi and in marathi, it's nachani.

I tried thali in pune , that place was more much more neat and clean and quantity of food was more .

नाचनी आटा को हिंदी में रागी का आटा भी कहते हैं , ये millet family ( ज्वार , बाजरा इत्यादि ) को belong करता है और healthy होता है

पुणे म्हणजे सगळा महाराष्ट्र नव्हे, या हॉटेल मालकाच्या वागण्यातून पुणे म्हणजे केवळ सदाशिव पेठेतली देशमुखवाडी एवढ्यापुरता मर्यादित भाग असल्याचं दिसतंय ... महाराष्ट्र हा विदर्भ, कोकण, मराठवाडा, खान्देश या सगळ्यांनी मिळून तयार झालेला आहे...

सौरभ द्विवेदी सर,,,, एपिसोड में खाना आप कह रहे थे और भूख हमारी बढ़ती जा रही थी । एक समय तो ऐसा आया कि जब आपने श्रीखंड , गुड़, खिचड़ी को चखा तब तो आपसे जलन ही होने लगी 😄😄

Loved it. I started to like you Saurabh. Particularly Book section even I purchased a book however I have read old classics but not the contemporary literature. I liked these videos on food as it tells us lot about the geographic, cultural and temperamental aspects of the region. It seems to even more nice that you did not follow the sensors and developing your own style.

You have atlast proved your intrest and expertise. Continue with the same.

India is the highest producer of finger millet (ragi or nachni).

Multi grain culture is prevalent in Maharashtra. Its quite exciting. Initially when I tried pithala bhakri it did not taste that good but in due course of time I started building the love the way it taste. Same as for any dish that has come from rural background. North Indians should also start inculcating multi grain culture. Kya wohi din mein chawal aur raat ko roti.

in rajasthan there is culture if eating different grains roti, multigrain roti, mix dal etc. , lots of bajra and makki is consumed

Very good VIDEO, I have been there a few times. Just a small suggestion, you should add a clip after finishing the food too...

The simple query - Does the menu have any influence of any of the items like wheat, jowar, bajra, naachni grown or cultivated in and around Pune went answered...

Wheat roti is different in Maharashtra because isse shuruwat mein chota belne ke baad tel oil apply karke phir se handkerchief fold karke phir patla aur zyada badi size mein bela jata hein , we called it 'Chapati 'mostly all the grains harwested in Maharashtra's different regions like Khandesh -Jalgaon side you will get Ragi, in Kolhapur side you see Maka corn roties, Now days wheat , jwar , Bajra , soyabean harwested all places in Maharashtra depend on Water availability and sutaible soil and climate . All other roties except wheat are called' Bhakri'. Even some parts of Maharashtra you will get wheat Bati in vidharbha side you will see two types of it - one is boiled then cut in to pieces and then fried . second one is Koyla ya Rakh mein bhuni hui jo serv karte samay gheee -gud ka churma style Khate hein ya phir plain daal or tadka daal ke saath as usual like most other parts of India.

गणेश भगवान का नाम दुर्वांकुर नहीं है, उनकी पूजा दुर्वांकुर भी अर्पित कर की जा सकती है.

The owner made a fool of himself. "We serve pure maharashtrian food" Oops no food from Vidarbha, kokan, marathwada, northern Maharashtra, khandesh.... "Oh by that we meant Puneri food" Lol

The host is very enthusiastic H M much impressed that he shows the original content of each venture

Nachni is Ragi in hindi if i am not wrong.

Raagi is Kannada word.this grain is not found in North India. This is one type of bajra.,lesser known millet but high value of iron and calcium
