If you are looking for an easy pumpkin dessert, in this video we will prepare a very soft and delicious cake. You will love this Cake. If you don't like or are allergic to almonds, replace them with hazelnuts or walnuts, it's always good ;)
Pumpkin pie
Recipe for 18cm pan:
- 60 g of finely chopped almonds
- 40 ml of milk
- 50 ml of seed oil
- 2 tablespoons of orange juice (Rum or Cointreau)
- 2 large eggs
- 120 g of granulated sugar
- 140 g of '00 flour
- 125 g of raw pumpkin pulp already cleaned and diced
- 8 gr of baking powder for desserts (just over 1/2 sachet)
- grated peel of 1 orange
- 1 pinch of salt
- powdered sugar for dusting

- 80ml of milk
- 100 ml of seed oil
- 4 tablespoons of orange juice (Rum or Cointreau)
- 4 large eggs
- 240 g of granulated sugar
- 280 g of '00 flour
- 250 g of raw pumpkin pulp already cleaned and diced
- 16 gr of baking powder for desserts (just over 1/2 sachet)
- grated peel of 2 oranges
- 1 pinch of salt
- powdered sugar for dusting
