mere 4.10 year old bete ko 3 saal ki age adenoids hypertrophy nd nasal polyp hai or pichle 7 month se night or morning me cronic cough hoti hai , mouth breathing , snoring bhi h ..maine ent se treatment liya hai par nasal spray se koi effect nahi aya.cough surf montair lc kid syrup se hi cough band hoti hai .running ke time ya mitti me khelne se koi issue nahi hota ...rice, puri, juices, boiled eggs, Tandi chizo se jyadya problem hoti hai ...kya ye bhi asthma ho sakta hai .ya adenoidshs hi cronic cough ka reason hai .pls reply kare ...mujhko kis doc se consult karna chahiye...ent , allergist, pulmonologist..🙏what test is necessary for a proper diagnosis
