I love your videos!!! No Chase shit, I don’t think you’re weird, liking to hunt for ticks, and get them!!! I used to do it to our dogs when I was a kid in Pennsylvania!!! I just loved going through the fur or coat of the dog and finding a tick and pulling it off… We didn’t do anything fancy like put it in alcohol or have any of those whatever you call those pincer things… We would just stick them under the tire or tires of our parents vehicle, so they would squish the tick when they backed out or pulled forward!! Loved doing that, and seeing the blood splatter out!!! plus it made me feel good to know that those ticks weren’t sucking our dogs’ blood!!!!! So cool, so cool!!! Thank you very much!!!! and I didn’t know that about putting diatomaceous earth around the yard to control ticks… At that same house we had a pool, and my dad would use diatomaceous earth in the pool filter!! It is from Florida, that is essentially an old coral reef that had been under water eons ago, southern Florida, basically being an old coral reef, and that is where the diatomaceous earth comes from… Diatoms are microscopic animals/organisms in the water with wonderful/beautiful exoskeletons, that are part of certain creatures, diet, or diets, as a whale that has baleen, and they can filter the diatoms out for food… ❤

They can’t jump. They do something called questing which basically consists of them climbing up blades of grass, keeping their back two legs attached to the grass while outreaching their front legs allows them to grip onto any animal that comes past, brushing past grass basically

Wait you got bit by a tick? Please be careful because ticks can give you lime disease and to get rid of it completly you need to see a doctor within months. And trust me you want to do that...I've got bitten by a tick and constantly got sick and I finally decided to see the doctor 1 year later and I regretted it... Lime disease will stick with me for ever so please be careful. ❤
