I disagree with the mix on rings. It's fine as an exercise by itself but I would rather encourage people to improve their dead hang chin-up mobility rather than avoid it via rings. And your individual anatomy is the pretty much the same as anybody elses (unless you have a mutation). What I mean is we all have the same muscles, joints, etc, so we all have the same capacity for movement in our joints

Hi, i went and look into your program after the video. There are 2 programs, the Body transformation and complete Calisthenics. However, i am overweight starting off. I am about 20-30% body fat (Actually i dont know, just comparing another similar bodies to my), 5"5', 206lbs. Which program would you recommend? @calimoves. I try the FitnessFAQ BBW but it was too difficult to even try, even for me. I have to narrow the reps down alot. I feel i am not ready being overweight. I can do 10 pushups, squat, but my pull and chin up is where it lacks, zero for both. I just bought your Mobility 2.0. i feel i need to up my mobility game.

Hey, this really depends on your main goal. Body Transformation is purley focused on building muscle with Calisthenics (and Weighted Calisthenics), while Complete Calisthenics is a good all arounder with focus on strength and skills in the later levels. Both programs are not that different in the early levels, but become very different once you reach Level 3 in Complete Calisthenics and Bpdy Transformation Pro.

So that means the Complete Calisthenic will compliment the Mobility 2.0 well. Guess I didn't mention, I want to lean down and of course have muscle as well. However I like the sound of Strength and Skills from the Complete Calisthenic.
