Pull ups are good for your shoulders, help to lengthen the spine, increase grip strength, build good lats, build chest and biceps. I worked my way up to doing 20 pull ups. I can do 10 straight pull ups then I do 6 pull ups then I do 4 pull ups. It has increase my muscle mass significantly.
