    What about “pinning” the trigger back? Is this preferred or is it not recommended?

  • @TacticalPerformanceCenter

    @TacticalPerformanceCenter

    2 ай бұрын

    We view 'pinning' the trigger back as an initial learning stage rather than a final desired technique. While useful for teaching follow-through-helping learners stay connected with the trigger after firing-the ultimate goal is to quickly reset the trigger to the 'wall' immediately after a shot, ideally during the muzzle flip. Technically, holding the trigger 'pinned' after firing renders the gun non-functional until it is reset, which is not advisable in a real gunfight scenario. We hope this explanation clarifies our approach, but please don't hesitate to ask if you have any further questions.

    I see nobody can shoot no more without a Red Dot!

  • @TacticalPerformanceCenter

    If you can shoot iron sights, you can shoot a red dot, and vice versa. The biggest benefit of a red dot you do not need to switch focus from the target to the sights. ...plus there is no alignment of 3 points. There are a few concepts that need to be adopted when shooting a red dot in order to become a more efficient shooter but in the end, it is all about skill. If you can shoot you can shoot no matter what type of sighting system you use! For more info about irons vs. red dot please watch this video: kzread.info/dash/bejne/lGuMko-ykc-shtY.html or this video: kzread.info/dash/bejne/mo19mZuofpbPoNI.html Cheers! 👍🏻

    I want to see how you press the trigger straight back on a Double Action revolver.

    You absolutely can! It's not necessary to be the entire pull but you need to finish straight back at the end phase of the trigger pull. Enjoy 👍🏻

    I think it's impossible to be perfectly pulling on the trigger without moving your hand unless you are a machine. Your hand muscle will shift the sight no matter how you pull the trigger

    Strive for perfection in order to achieve excellence. ☝🏻 Excellence will be good enough to keep the sights aligned in the acceptable margin of error based on the difficulty of the target.
