Pull-off tests measure coating adhesion on metal, wood, and other rigid substrates. All pull-off adhesion tests follow the same process- a properly prepared dolly adhered to a dolly. After the adhesive has fully cured, pull off the dolly perpendicular to the surface. The result is tensile pull-off strength.
