This performance is criminally underrated. Not only are their vocals impeccable, but the dancing, the story the way la Poem comes out like God themselves was also watching Ateez perform and decided to add a bit of spice to it. The Dance break, Jongho absolutely owning people's souls with his high notes. It should actually be illegal for this to be so underrated...

*For other fandoms:* Yeosang was once again caught and trapped by the white masked guy… That’s why Ateez teamed up with Halateez(black wear) to free him and once again fight against the white masked guy… Halateez are actually Ateez themselves from another dimension or timeline… Halateez was actually interpreted as Ateez in the future version… And that hourglass is used by Ateez to bring Halateez to them or even time travel… This hourglass is an important item in Ateez’s full concept because even Ateez’s lightstick is designed with an hourglass inside… At last there were a fierce fight between (Ateez-Halateez) and the white masked guy… At the end, Halateez sacrificed their lives in the battle in order for Ateez to win the battle…. Ateez’s concept is very interesting and everything is related… This is not my own imagination but it’s the foundation of Ateez since their debut(Pirate King) till now… Other fandoms who are interested can go and look into it too

I think in Fever Road it was mentioned that the Cromer can be used to go back in time or in full moon (which we see in the beginning of this performance) it can be used to go inter dimensional. When Halateez Seonghwa and YeoSang turned it, they bring YunHo through!

ateez and kq really used Kingdom to shoot their movie. It was such a good movie. I rated 10/10 for it🥲.

As a German I never thought that what I needed in my life was Ateez including “Ode an die Freude” in their songs but it was truly amazing. I even understood some words haha, truly exceptional

they don't do famous cover they trust their song and their fandom , they could do something for kd viewers but they choose to give the last memory to atiny as thing only them can understand it plus answer was the last song they performed it in front of us

At this point i believe ATEEZ dont even see kingdom as a whole competition, not in a bad way. They surely gave all out for every each of perfomance. They enjoyed and hv fun, and finished each perfomance with no regrets. I think thats the mosf important point that we need to think abt. They can choose a random song for other artist for this round BUT THEY STILL CHOOSE THEIR OWN SONG BECAUSE THEY MISSED US SO MUCH?!?!? Yes ATEEZ did that. omg, I know and always hearing their song "answer" but as I watch that scene where he walks upon that stairs, and the harmonizing starts. I can't hold my tears anymore. ai bursted into tears. that's very dramatic. I love how they convey the emotion of the song incorporating the ode of joy

im not even atiny (yet) but i literally just balled my eyes out because this was so good. everything about this performance was absolutely heat touching and amazing. the meaning behind why they chose this song is even deeper and it just made me cry even more. i cannot express how this made me feel. absolutely incredible.

did anyone else notice that at 2:02 you can see both their previous stages? first, Symphony No.9 "From The Wonderland"; you can appreciate the costumes and also the iconic moment when they shoot the beast. then, the mask from their next stage, The Awakening of Summer. this whole stage (and each one of them) was amazing. our true kings.

ATEEZ performing Answer like this and Jongho throwing the crown proves that at the end of the day, ATEEZ and ATINYS are the only things that matter. Not a rank or a crown, it's us. ATEEZ and ATINY till the end.

At this moment even Atinys don't care bout mnet kingdom , we know what our boys are , how capable they are , what they deserve , win or loose doesn't matter now because what our boys did with this performance is something out of this world , ATEEZ ARE BORN KINGS WHO DONT NEED A CROWN AND THRONE TO SHOW IT TO THE WORLD

When I saw this for the first time, I was blown away but after seeing it again in a while, it was very overwhelming. Because of the pain and the difficult time ATEEZ and us were going through. I felt so much. It was like remembering every pain and sorrow through a long and hard journey of what ATEEZ has been through and not forgetting their purpose. Their fans and their music. I’m so proud of how far ATEEZ have come. Of seeing them grow into the artists and people they are now, gosh, I’m so proud, 😭

지금 이 시점에서 보니까 더 소름 돋네...이 미친 세계관 최강자들아..

This stage is just everything. Non-atinys may not understand it, but this is our anthem, our finale. It’s Ateez’s victory in and of itself.

This performance is high quality and epic . Classy with a Beethoven, and the music is just wowww . And like symphony no 9 from Wonderland that has Dvorak Symphony. Ateez is really out of the box . Their performance is different and higher level. But turns out not for everyone, because many people can not appreciate / understand the quality in Ateez performance.

Honestly the greatest thing I saw in Kingdom

ateez declaring that they are powerful and they don’t need to have the crown in order to “prove” themselves. Hongjoong telling them to always remember ‘where they came from’ regardless of how successful they become. Using answer as the final chapter for all their previous performances,, its just beautiful.

mad respect towards them for sticking to their storyline despite they know it could be risky when it comes to evaluations. they chose to showcase their identity that they've been carrying since debut instead of covering songs that could bring more attention to their stage. and the fact that they chose answer because it's the last song they performed live in front of atinys (in terms of music show promotions), that's so thoughtful. i truly appreciate this gift and the hardwork behind it and i'll keep doing my best to contribute to give back the love i've received as an atiny

their storyline is so unique and has so many levels so to the average viewer its kinda confusing but honestly ateez is one of the fee groups that i see that their sole focus is not only each other but their fans. they did this for fans bc we asked. they care about us and always think of us in every thing they do. i love them for sticking to themselves and being original. please support atz in anyway u can!! they will show u unconditional love!!

Watching this performance now again after a year I still think it was the best performance even back then I wasn't a fan and it made me cry and used to think it was so fucking cool coming back now it's still the best🫠

6 months has passed and I still can't get over the fact that this performance was placed last

i love how instead of choosing to cover a song that could make them viral they chose to do their own song as a gift for atinys bc they heard how much atinys wanted them to perform answer. although kingdom is coming to an end i’m so thankful for this performance, i will continue coming back to see it.

Honestly i feel like ateez is the bg most suited for kingdom you know. Like i am a fantasy and i support ikon and btob but their ability to make amazing stages is phenomenal. The main vocal is spectacular

san's statement made me tear up soo bad. the way he wrote that theres still one stage left and hes not going to collapse and give his best made me burst into tears. atinys, our faves work so hard for us every single time. and for this stage, they risked that 1st position for us, their fans whom they love dearly. cannot we reciprocate the efforts they put in for us and do well for them? it won't be that difficult if all of us work together as a family! let's take this stage to 3M at least

I don't remember much but I cried watching the performance I don't know..

This performance was a present to Atiny. I saw comments saying Ateez didn't make full use of the "no limit" by chosing their own song but who says "no limit" automatically means to do a cover?! (Not saying that a cover is bad or anything either) To me no limits means complete freedom and they used this freedom to make Atiny happy, so their love for us is what has "no limits" It seems to me that in this round Ateez and BtoB (who also performed their own song that is a fan favorite) really put this stupid competition behind them.

The crown is literally the show. They don't need to win Kingdom to know their worth just like they don't need the crown to know they are kings. Yeah, they would like it, which is why they are walking towards the throne but need it no. They know who they are and no one else is gonna change that

@@gemstoneplanet-28 it's difficult to answer that but obviously because they literally outperformed themselves in this version of answer. Also because they have an interesting storyline related to dimensions, alter ego and so on which you'll understand by watching other mvs and theories on yt.

I can't believe ATEEZ did all this for atiny. They are just wonderful.
