My dear pug lived for 18 years. I miss him every day

I've had 5 Pugs, and not one lived a shorter life than 13 loving years. Every one has broken my heart when they passed. I now have a 12 year old rescue which I adopted on her 9th birthday, I love that baby, she had a rough life first 7 years in a breeders crate. She didn't know the touch of a human, a leash, carpet, or love!

I feel so bad for your rescue thank god you came along and have gave her a good 3 years so far some people are so sick i just got my baby on wednesday.

My pug Woofy is 15 years old and not looking like he's going anywhere for a couple of years still. Diet, exercise and a stress free life. Dad was a grand champion. That helps

Thank you for the video. I have to say though, my pug didn't snore all that bad or very loudly at all (and he slept with me every night). I think the severity of the snoring depends on the individual pug. My boy was a little angel, not stubborn at all, and at 3 months old I had him paper trained within 2 weeks. Never a sweeter little soul have I known than my pug boy, Bandit. I feel privileged to have been his human and to have received such loyalty and love from that dog. RIP my sweet boy. On a final note: Pugs are amazing dogs! ❤

I love the pug videos! My little pug, Molly, passed on january 27, 2023. She was almost 14 and I had her since she was 10 weeks old. I miss her terribly. It broke my heart losing her. It was just Molly and I and we slept together every night. She hated all other dogs but she loved people. I truly think she thought she was a person, not a dog, and therefore she had no time for other dogs, and she was very jealous of other dogs! She was my love and the perfect dog for me. The big negative of having a pug is their shedding, but I had a big lint brush and I lint rolled her all the time! She loved being lint rolled!! Molly was my best friend. I still think about her everyday.

I have a pug, and to reduce shedding, I give her eggs a couple times a week. Dogs can eat eggs raw, but I prefer to boil an egg, or scramble an egg for her. It works for me, and maybe for you. Give it a try.

raw eggs are ok for dogs? i would feed them some or cooked eggs but the gas, oh god the gas

I cook my Pug an egg nearly every day. She gets half in the morning, half in the evening.

Just adopted two rescue pugs. The little girl lost her right front leg in some kind of accident. The vet who did the surgery did a wonderful job and the little girl has no idea that she could be considered handicapped. She runs faster than her male companion. We're Looking forward to many happy years together.

My two pugs were 17 years old before we had to put them to sleep, still miss them every day.

I've had 2 pugs. 1-Sheba, died at 12yrs, now Daisey, 4yrs. I would not have any other type of dog. They are the love of my life.

I got 2 pugs! Never thought I would own them but here I am and I love them! They're such chonky dorks!

Just got ones and he’s 3 months old and he’s very loving and super attached to me already. Very active and loves to play.

Just got my baby pug last week and i already couldnt imagine not having her by my side. From the monent i visited her at 4 weeks old she wss glued to me. Went and saw her every week till she was 8 weeks last week then took her home she made herself right at home as soon as she walked through the door, she melts my heart 😭

I have a pug at my home though. Name is Omar. I adopted him from Goodyear, AZ. I just raised him as a royal family pet, to play fetch, and do some tricks. He’s my family dog for now.

i wish i had a pug

the weight varies... had a black male that topped out at 33lbs and was built like a pit bull (RIP Cosmic Charlie Highhat). Banjo is about 18lbs.

Mine in the pic is amazing. He's my son. He loves to run and play fetch for hours. He can track too and knows his way around different areas. He has the double curl. Hes thin with long legs. He loves my nieces. Hes not a dog to us hes family. I adopted a senior pug last year named Pugsley and hes family too. Hes almost blind and doesn't hear well but hes potty trained.

I have a 10 month old black pug. I got her in March. Her name is khari. It's African for princess.

When i put a 13 year old Pug i got, on the 5-2 Diet... She stopped Snoring, she was so quiet, i have to touch her to see if she was alive... before, she was so loud, it was amazing how loud she could be... she lived to 17, but the Covid got her... Later, i did the Keto Diet with her, she lost 7 pounds in 6 weeks... mostly feed her Hamburger Meat... and not pouring off the Grease... Fat does not make you Fat, Sugar does... Things they don't want you to know!!!

I just lost my 15 year 60 lb mixed breed. I’ve felt an emptiness and want to rescue a baby. My girlfriends aunt has a 8 year old pug name Oli (which is my nickname) and messaged us yesterday about adopting him. I’m want to I’m just hoping he will like me and won’t be sad. I don’t want that. I want him to be happy and live life to the fullest. I work a job( carpentry) and I can bring him with me.

We have a pug name LADY she is14 yrs old and still has a lot of pep . my friend down the road always say’s is she still pulling you down the road.

These pugs are NOT dogs, they are creatures from outer space - see M.I.B. I have a dog it's a black lab, now that's a dog. My wife has a creature from outer space - a pug. These creatures will invade your life with love and totally take over. Then they report back to their planet on their findings with humans. Oh and BTW they are funny little creatures and you can't help but love them. Sometimes I wish they would just return to their own planet and leave us alone :-)

I was blessed to rescue/adopt my Bert at 6 months....pugs can be stubborn at times but are able to be "encouraged" with treats.... Pugs love to eat..low cal snacks like fruits and veggies are 👍 Join some groups on FB...there are many and offer advise and insights.....some are just for amusement and you will be laughing.... It will make you glad you chose a pug . They are the best!

Pugs and beagle are my fav dog breed. but sadly, my parents doesn't like them

Knock it off with the snoring exaggeration and short life already! I'm 50 and have had Pugs since I was 5. Yes they can snore, but it's not always and never as loud as a grown man. In fact it can be quite soothing. Like white noise. Ages lived were 13, 12 (cancer), 14 and 16. And currently looking for another.
