Your on point. But to correct you a little, Uptown Records shut down. The artist (Mary, Jodeci, and Arron Hall) were stuck and put on hold on the parent label (MCA) because of their contracts when it happened. Puff found Mary and Jodeci but they weren't his artist, he had Bad Boy. Suge moved in and wanted them, and told them Puff had them sign bad deals. Puff probably delayed helping Suge to help himself or Andre and that went bad with Suge. Then Mary felt replaced by Faith on Bad Boy. Misa was Mary's stylist. She was with Suge, Mary, Pac. With issues with BIG and Mary, Faith also slept with Pac. Same time he was trying to recruit Mary, Suge was trying to get Pac away from BIg and Bad Boy. It was Suge's way of destroying the competition.
